Israel’s army says its special forces have entered the Nasser hospital in southern Gaza, which is surrounded and under attack.
It means a small and specific mission is happening. Hamas fighters are inside and Israeli hostages’ bodies may be there too.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) told many people to leave the area yesterday.
The hospital is the biggest one in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Earlier video shows medical workers hurrying to move patients on stretchers through a hallway filled with smoke.
