Police searching for four ladies after a toy cart worth £1,000 was taken

Following the theft of a shopping cart filled with toys worth £1,000 from a store, four ladies are sought for questioning.

Once the toys were reported taken from a Tesco store in Workshop, Nottinghamshire, CCTV photographs of the women were made public.

The suspects entered the store in Gateford Road and each loaded a trolley with merchandise.

Around 5 p.m. on November 25 of last year, they are all believed to have all fled without paying.

Officers from Nottinghamshire Police examined the Footage before making the photographs public.

Police investigator Claire Celino said: ‘We urgently want to speak to these four women as our investigation continues into this theft.

‘If you know who they are, please get in touch with police.

‘The theft took place in a busy supermarket and I would also like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any other information which could help with our inquiries.’
