Bus collides with a shop in London; man hospitalized

After a London bus collided into a store, a guy was rushed to the hospital.

After the collision in Chelsea, west London, police were contacted.

Pictures from the site show the route 19 bus that crashed into the front of a bike shop at the intersection of King’s Road and Beaufort Street.

One guy was sent to a hospital by London Ambulance Service personnel, according to LFB.
There have not been any reports of someone being trapped or of any other injuries.

Police said his injuries were ‘non-life threatening.’

The brigade said in a tweet at around 4.15pm: ‘There is heavy traffic in the area with roads closed as work takes place to make the scene safe.’

A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘Officers were called at 15.08hrs on Wednesday, 5 April to Kings Road and the junction with Beaufort Street, SW10.

‘A Route 19 bus had collided with a building. No one was reported injured.

‘Local roads have been closed while emergency services deal.’
