A man from Britain was killed by being stabbed in a forest in Portugal. It is said that this happened while he was playing a dangerous game called the Blue Whale,which is about self-harm and suicide.
A 26-year-old man, who is believed to be British, has gone to the police and admitted to the crime, according to Spanish sources.
The victim, aged 35, sustained injuries during their involvement in the dangerous game called Blue Whale, infamous for its link to suicidal actions, as indicated by reports.
The internet challenge has caused many deaths worldwide.
The police found the person who was hurt or killed in a far away forest area between Poco Negro and Soalheira, close to the town of Pedrogao Grande, on Sunday.
Their friends told them about the victim and they all went to the scene early on Sunday morning.
One of the friends admitted to killing him while they were playing the game.
Portugal’s Policia Judiciaria force is currently leading the investigation.
Yesterday,investigators interviewed at least three men and two women, one of them being the main suspect who is from Britain.
This morning, it wasn’t known how many of them will have to go to court or when it will happen.
The people who raised the alarm are believed to have been at a party on Saturday night near the place where the body of the dead man was found. Then they went to a secluded area in the woods.
