The Israel police said an old man has died in the hospital, making the total number of people who died from the shooting in Jersualem now two.
Earlier, we said a 24-year-old woman has passed away. Seven more people have been taken to hospitals because they were hurt.
The police said that two people shot at a bus station near Jerusalem early in the morning when many people were trying to get to work. The police were told about what happened at 07:40 local time (05:40 GMT).
“I was at home when I heard the gunshots and I quickly went to the place where it happened. ” “I saw many people who were hurt at the location. Some were on the ground and some were able to walk,” said Moshe Hemed, who works with Israel’s emergency services.
The two bad guys were stopped by the police and someone else before they could cause more trouble.
The police have closed the area where the attack happened.
