The police are looking for two children, Charles Gourgues who is 2 years old and Evelyne Gourgues who is 4 years old. They are missing from the Saint-Raphaël area in Bellechasse, Quebec. Just near the city of Quebec.
The police think Kevin Gourgues, who is 40 years old, might be with them.
He is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds.
The police want people to keep an eye out for a 2013 Honda Civic with license plate number 53V ACE.
The car is white and has a black hood.
