An interim Stalking Protection Order has been issued for a guy who allegedly “felt rejected” when his contacts with a Babestation model didn’t turn out as he had hoped.
Steven Tuckey, 42, is alleged to have started talking to the woman in late 2020 and then developed a “obsession” with her.
He allegedly told the claimed victim that he owned her, among other stalking-related conduct, at the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
According to prosecutor Ethu Crorie, the most recent alleged incident happened on January 23.
He said: ‘Mr Tuckey has engaged in this campaign over a significant period of time, causing the victim, a woman in her early 30s, distress.’
The court heard Tuckey had told the glamour model, who was working as an adult performer on TV channel Babestation, that he wanted to engage with her on other platforms after their initial chats.
However, she ‘started to feel uneasy about the exchanges’ after he allegedly sent her £300.
Tuckey, who lives near Ryde on the Isle of Wight, is accused of sending an email to the woman, saying: ‘You should be very careful who you go upsetting because not everybody is as reasonable as me.

‘I only take what action is lawful; but there are plenty of nutters out there that if you treat them the way you have treated me, then they would have already thrown acid in your face by now…
‘It is not too late for you to make amends, but if you keep acting the way you have been then things are only going to get worse for you.’
He told the court that he wishes to contest the Stalking Protection Order, but did not object to an interim order ahead of the contested hearing.
The order contained more than a dozen prohibitions to prevent him from contacting the woman, including having risk management software installed on his internet devices.
The contested hearing will take place before a district judge on June 29.
