A three-year-old child was sold by her mother for drugs and chilling video shows the moment she was taken away in the middle of the night to be raped and murdered.
In exchange for £10 worth of crack cocaine, Aurelia Salinas allegedly allowed her drug-dealing boyfriend to kidnap her daughter Luz Maida.
The kid vanished without a trace.
On April 22 in Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay, her small corpse was found wrapped in a shirt on top of a bed in an abandoned house, angering locals.
Disturbing CCTV footage shows Luz trying to escape from her kidnapper’s clutches as he carries her away from her home.
He reportedly ‘bought’ the girl off her mother for just 30 pieces of crack cocaine.
As he carries her away, the dealer- who has not been named- can be seen holding Luz in one arm and apparently slaps her with the other to stop her from wriggling.
Furious locals reportedly tried to lynch Salinas as she was being arrested after reportedly confessing to police her involvement in her daughter’s murder.
Her boyfriend later confessed to the murder, according to local media.
Salinas first told police that Luz had disappeared while she was sleeping, but admitted that she had sold her daughter for drugs after police discovered the CCTV footage.
Both Salinas and her boyfriend were arrested following the confession, along with a 17-year-old who is allegedly also involved.
According to police, Salinas was under the influence of drugs and seemed unconcerned while police searched for the girl.
More than 300 locals attended Luz’s funeral and some neighbours later burned down the house where her body had been found.
Investigators said the family had a ‘history of tragedies’, and Salinas has seven other children, including a 12-year-old girl she allegedly allowed to be sexually abused by a 30-year-old man.
Both cases are currently under investigation.
