Toddler killed on a farm after ‘being hit by a tractor’

Following a horrific event on a Devon farm, a youngster has died.

The child, who was thought to be under two years old, passed away as a result of the event on Saturday.

Just before 8 a.m. on Saturday, police were called to a farm in Buckland Brewer, close to Bideford, but the kid had already passed away.

‘Our thoughts are very much with the family at this time.’

The child’s next of kin has been informed and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
