A man is stuck inside a plane that crashed on an Upminster airstrip.
Around 12:09 PM today, the Damyns Hall airport incident received a call for emergency services.
Almost 40 firefighters and six fire engines were dispatched to the location.
Crews managed to save one passenger from the crashed aircraft, and they are currently working to save the other man.
It is reported that they both suffered minor injuries including broken ankles.
Crews from Hornchurch, Wennington, East Ham and Dagenham were called to the incident.

Last year a pilot sustained serious injuries after crashing during a training session with a display team at the aerodrome.
Station Commander Jeremy Davies, who is at the scene, said: ‘Firefighters are working with partners to release a man trapped inside a lightweight aircraft near the aerodrome.
‘Crews have released a woman who is being treated on scene by London Ambulance Service crews.’
A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘Police were called at 12.12hrs today to reports of a light aircraft that crashed shortly after take-off, in the area of Aveley Road, Upminster.
‘We and LAS are in attendance. A man & a woman were located. Neither assessed as having life-changing or life-threatening injuries.’
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: ‘We were called today (Tuesday 4) at 12.06pm to reports of an incident at the aerodrome in Aveley Road, Upminster.
‘We sent numerous resources to the scene including three ambulances, a medic in a response car, two incident response officers and members of our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART).
‘We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
‘We treated a man and woman at the scene and took them to hospital.’
