The Prince of Wales was spotted speaking to well-wishers near Buckingham Palace.
Prince Charles, wearing his scarlet Colonel of the Welsh Guards uniform and green thistle sash, was seen alongside his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, meeting people who had lined up along the Mall.
