Unlike Abraham Atta, who seized the opportunity and is currently pursuing studies at Tufts University in the US, Strika has reportedly become entangled in substance abuse, as evidenced by a recent unkempt appearance on social media, eliciting concern from Ghanaians.
Responding to Strika’s challenges, particularly his struggles with substance abuse, Kumawood actor and skit maker Ras Nene, popularly known as Dr. Likee, decided to extend support by adding Strika to his comic skit crew.
In a video addressing Strika’s issues, Ras Nene pledged his assistance, and true to his word, their inaugural project, titled “Striker,” has now been released.
The trailer, shared on Instagram, showcases Strika as the hero of the clip.
The storyline depicts Strika encountering a gang while hustling on the streets, stumbling upon them disposing of a body in a bag in the bush.
The trailer hints at suspense as Strika decides to trail and spy on the gang.
The collaborative effort has received commendation, with praise directed at both Ras Nene for his support and Strika for his impressive acting.
Supporters are eager to see the movie reach a broader audience, believing that its impactful storyline and impressive visuals deserve a bigger spotlight.
