Stop misquoting me – Mr. Logic explains GHC8,000 daily expenditure claim

Ghanaian entertainment pundit and artiste manager, Mr. Logic, addressed the misconceptions surrounding his statement regarding daily expenditures.

The controversy stemmed from his previous revelation on ZionFelix’s show, where he mentioned spending GH₵8,000 daily, including GH₵1,000 on fuel.

This disclosure led to criticism on social media, with accusations of dishonesty directed at Mr Logic.

However, during the 3FM interview on April 1, he clarified that the GH₵8,000 figure encompasses both personal and business-related expenses within the entertainment industry.

Mr Logic explained, “Where people are getting it wrong is that they think I’m talking about spending as in buying food and eating. It’s not like that. It’s business expenditures along with personal expenditures.”

He emphasised that the reported figure was not solely for personal use but also included costs associated with his various ventures, such as his fashion business and farms, which many are unaware of.

Addressing the backlash and misinterpretation of his statement, Mr Logic stated, “They misquoted me, that’s why we’re having that problem. But then the expenditure is real. I mean, based on the work that we put in.”

His clarification aims to provide context and transparency regarding his daily financial commitments.
