Sierra Leone’s Musa Kamara attempts suicide because his wife left him

Musah Noah Kamara of Sierra Leone’s national team is said to have wounded himself in an effort to kill himself.

According to the people who rescued him, he tried suicide because of his wife. He was taken to the Bo Government Hospital for treatment.

Earlier this week, the Leone Stars striker released a video on social media pleading with Sierra Leoneans to assist him in appealing to his wife to allow them to be together happily.

He said on the video that he had offended his wife and begged forgiveness, stating that he adored her.

Musa Tombo Kamara recently left Libyan champions Al Ittihad Tripoli just a few days after signing with them.

In Libya, he admitted to feeling uneasy. In 2019, he went viral after terminating his contract with a Swedish second-tier team because the weather was too cold.

Musa Kamara was also sacked by Bo Rangers for allegedly failing to uphold set standards of good ethics and sportsmanship.

TheSierra Leone Football Association temporarily suspended Musah Noah Kamara on September 1st to investigate the controversies surrounding him.
