GPL: Hearts of Oak coach Slavko Matic nominated for Coach of the Month award for November

The head coach of Hearts of Oak, Slavko Matic is one of four coaches who have been shortlisted for the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League coach of the month award for November.

The other coaches are Michael Osei, Baba Nuhu, and Jimmy Cobblah.

The four coaches have been shortlisted for the award after leading their respective clubs to pick important points before the Ghana Premier League went on break for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

“Four Coaches have earned nominations for the NASCO Coach of the Month Award for November, 2022

“Slavco Matic of Accra Hearts of Oak SC, Michael Osei of Bibiani Gold Stars, Baba Nuhu of Real Tamale United and King Faisal FC’s Jimmy CObblah are gunning for the monthly award.

“The four Coaches lead their respective sides to impressive performances before the topflight league was halted for the 2022 FIFA World Cup,” a statement on the website of the GFA said on Friday.

The eventual winner of the award will be presented with a 43-inch NASCO Television set from Electroland Ghana Limited.

According to the GFA statement, the winner of the award will be announced live on the next edition of the GFA News programme.
