Asante Kotoko denies offloading five players

Asante Kotoko management member Nana Kwame Dankwah has dispelled reports that the club will be offloaded five players.

The Porcupine Warriors have signed two players Kwame Opoku and Emmanuel Sarkodie in this second transfer window.

Head coach Maxwell Konadu is expected to release some non-performing stars.

The media in Kumasi are speculating that striker Richard Arthur, Matthew Kelvin Andoh, Douglas Owusu Ansah, Evans Owusu and Maxwell Baakoh will be shown the exit door.

“Debunk stories of five (5) players to be loaned out. We are critically monitoring the situation of offloading and signing players wisely which will help the course of the club,” Dankwah on Light FM

”Currently, our signed players are Kwame Opoku and Emmanuel Sarkodie.”
