During the July 22, 2023 edition of UTV’s United Showbiz, tension escalated as Ghanaian musician, Pappy Kojo, a guest on the show, engaged in intense disagreements with fellow panelist, Mr. Logic.
The two seemed to have an unresolved feud, leading to heated back-and-forth exchanges on various topics.
Feeling disrespected during the discussion, Pappy Kojo threatened to leave the set.
However, the host and producers persuaded him to stay and retain his seat. Despite the efforts, the situation remained tense.
“I won’t come and sit here only to be disrespected. I am an award-winning
artiste,” Pappy Kojo stood up reached for some food, and walked off the set.
“You? An award-winning artiste. F**k your award-winning title,” he added.
At one point, Pappy Kojo stood up, reached for some food, and temporarily walked off the set, expressing his frustration. Mr. Logic responded harshly, dismissing Pappy’s claim of being an award-winning artiste.
After a brief break, Pappy returned to his seat but soon after, he sought help from another panelist, Baba Sadiq, to locate the washroom. However, he cunningly left the set, never to return.
Following his sudden exit, Pappy Kojo took to Twitter, alleging that Mr. Logic was planning to have “macho men” attack him. This claim served as his reason for abruptly leaving the show.
The episode on United Showbiz showcased the intensity of the clash between the two artists and left the audience surprised by Pappy Kojo’s unexpected departure.
