Gospel singer Diana Asamoah recently expressed her firm belief that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will remain in power until the end of days.
In response to public doubts about the NPP’s chances in the upcoming 2024 elections, Asamoah confidently dismissed these concerns.
She emphasised her unwavering optimism in the party’s ability to secure victory despite criticism.
In a video shared on Khemical TV’s YouTube channel, Asamoah addressed those predicting the NPP’s downfall, urging them to consider their own positions.
She asserted that the NPP would continue its governance uninterrupted, stating, “We [NPP] will continue to remain in government till Jesus comes.”
Asamoah attributed her confidence to her faith, expressing certainty that her prayers would be answered and her critics silenced.
She declared her reliance on God’s provision, expressing assurance that she would never face want as she belonged to the kingdom of Christ.
Known for her vocal stance on political matters and her alignment with the ruling NPP, Asamoah has consistently defended President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo regarding Ghana’s economic state.
Despite warnings from some entertainment figures to steer clear of politics, Asamoah has remained steadfast in her involvement and advocacy for the NPP.
