Ghanaian media personality and socialite, Afia Schwarzenegger, has publicly announced her favorite candidate among the NPP flagbearer aspirants.
Afia Schwarzenegger officially revealed her support for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as her favored candidate among the NPP flagbearer aspirants.
She cautioned her social media followers not to criticize her for her choice, asserting her right to decide what she posts on her page.
On November 2, 2023, she shared a post on her Instagram page featuring Dr. Bawumia’s flyer for the NPP Primaries, where he is depicted wearing an all-white outfit with “Vote number 2” prominently displayed.
“2 sure!!!!! Don’t come and tell me what to do with MY page!!!!!” she captioned the post.
The NPP primaries are scheduled for November 4, 2023, and the four contenders for the presidential slot are Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong, former Member of Parliament for Mampong Francis Addai-Nimoh, and former Minister of Agriculture Dr. Owusu Akoto Afriyie.
