Renowned disc jockey Master Que clinched the ‘Electronic Music DJ’ accolade at the 11th edition of the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, marking him as the inaugural winner of this newly introduced category in Ghana.
Master Que, known for his passion for electronic music, has consistently advocated for the acknowledgment of the hard work and impact of musicians and DJs within this genre.
His victory is seen as a significant milestone in recognising the contributions of electronic music DJs in the Ghanaian music scene.
In a post-award media interaction, Master Que dedicated his achievement to fellow DJs who have long championed the inclusion of the ‘Electronic Music DJ’ category.
He said, “This win is not just for me; it’s for every electronic music enthusiast in Ghana. It’s a recognition of our collective passion and a milestone in the journey to raise the electronic music scene in our country.

The Grand Arena in Accra played host to the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards on Saturday, November 25.
The event showcased electrifying performances from top-tier artists such as Shatta Wale, Keche, Edem, DJ Faculty, Gal Dem DJ, DopeNation, and several others.
