Artiste manager, Bullgod has made an appeal to former president, John Dramani Mahama, urging him to prosecute corrupt government officials from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and put an end to the ongoing trend of misusing taxpayers’ money.

He stressed the need for a leader who would dedicate their tenure to holding those responsible for corruption accountable.

During a discussion on the United Showbiz program, Bullgod expressed his concern about the prevalence of corruption within the current administration and insisted that it should not be ignored.

He called on John Dramani Mahama, addressing him as “His Excellency,” to take action against these individuals when he returns to power.

“We need a leader. One leader has to come and serve for four years to rectify things. Look at how the current government is recklessly spending our money. They spend our money without consequences. I am appealing to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. When he comes to power, he should prosecute these people. We cannot continue like this forever, wasting money without accountability,” he passionately stated.

However, some of the panelists, including Socrates Safo and Evangelist Diana Asamoah, who are known NPP supporters, disagreed with Bullgod’s perspective.

They criticized him for portraying Mahama as the ideal candidate for such a task.

Diana Asamoah asserted, “Mahama won’t return to power,” while Socrates also challenged Bullgod’s statement, referring to past controversies during Mahama’s administration.

“As for Mahama, he won’t come again,” Diana Asamoah said.

“We were all here when the Guinea fowl issue happened. Or have you forgotten? How can you even mention Mahama?’ Socrates also retorted.

In response to the objections, Bullgod remained resolute, emphasizing that regardless of the leader, whether Mahama or someone else, those responsible for corruption should face punishment.
