Actress and socialite Rosemond Brown, widely known as Akuapem Poloo, has shared her thoughts on the ongoing personal issues between celebrity couple Fella Makafui and Medikal.
In an interview with Accra FM on May 21, 2024, Akuapem Poloo, who also goes by her Islamic name, Haniya, advised Fella Makafui to handle the situation with strength and maturity for the sake of their child.
“She should be strong and mature, at least for the sake of the child. She should take her time and solve this thing maturely,” Akuapem Poloo urged.
Addressing Medikal, she recommended that he avoid discussing their personal matters on social media, as it could exacerbate the situation. Instead, she suggested private discussions and seeking guidance through prayer.
“For Medikal, he should stop talking on social media; it’s not helping. He should rather sit down and talk to the mother of his child and God,” she said.
Akuapem Poloo avoided further commentary on their situation, citing potential legal repercussions.
“She can drag me to court, and I do not have money for that. You know, if I am to talk, I say things straightforwardly. So, I’m trying to mind my business,” she explained.
Her comments come after a history of disputes with the couple, stemming from criticism of their 2020 wedding and subsequent diss tracks from Medikal.
Despite their past conflicts, Akuapem Poloo expressed gratitude for Fella’s support during the #FreePoloo campaign while she was incarcerated, acknowledging her past desire for fame influenced her behavior.
