Relationship expert Counselor Adofoli has suggested that popular musician Shatta Wale should consider adding a mental health professional to his management team.
This recommendation stems from concerns regarding Shatta Wale’s public outbursts and emotional volatility in high-stress situations, such as the VGMA awards ceremony and disputes with Charterhouse Productions.
Counsellor Adofoli pointed out that Shatta Wale’s inner circle might avoid addressing sensitive issues to prevent upsetting him, emphasising the potential benefits of having a counsellor, therapist, or psychologist on his team.
“Some people…don’t know how to handle their emotions in stressful situations, and so they lash out publicly.
“Those close to him and on his team likely avoid saying things that might upset him,… “That’s why having a counselor, therapist, or psychologist on his team would be beneficial.” Counselor Adofoli explained
The advice comes amidst a broader conversation about mental health in the entertainment industry, highlighting the importance of emotional well-being for public figures.
Additionally, the Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled (GSPD) issued a stern caution to Shatta Wale following his recent incident at Sallah Fest, where he mocked his colleague Stonebwoy’s disability.
