Ghanaian comedian Foster Amponsah known popularly as Foster Romanus shared insights into his choice for a private wedding, emphasizing the importance of protecting his wife from unwanted attention and online criticism.
During the interview, Foster expressed his disdain for the tendency of netizens to mock celebrities’ partners and highlighted his commitment as a family head to safeguard his wife’s well-being and uphold her dignity.
“I opted for a private wedding because of the attention that comes with it. I’ve witnessed instances where people disrespect your choices. You may think someone is the best for you, but others start questioning your decision. I didn’t want my wife to go through that,” Foster explains, shedding light on his decision-making process.
Foster Amponsah is a budding Ghanaian comedian also known by his stage name, Foster Romanus.
Foster had his secondary school at the Pope Johns Senior High School in Koforidua and later enrolled at the University of Professional Studies after his secondary education where he was pursuing a course in Chartered Accounting.
But his career path changed when he placed second in a TV reality program ‘Stars of the Future’.
