Self proclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale has sparked renewed controversy by hurling insults at fellow Ghanaian musician Stonebwoy on social media.
The longstanding rivalry between these two figures in Ghana’s reggae dancehall scene has resurfaced, attracting attention from their respective fan bases.
The conflict between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy dates back to 2019 when tensions flared during an award ceremony, resulting in both artists facing suspensions.
Despite attempts to reconcile, recent events have reignited their feud.
Shatta Wale accused Stonebwoy of using his influence to obstruct his performance opportunities, citing a specific incident at Salah fest where Stonebwoy allegedly refused to share the stage with him.
These accusations led Shatta Wale to launch a barrage of insults and derogatory remarks aimed at Stonebwoy on social media.
“You’re a disabled person; don’t try and fight an abled person.Your accident is no mere coincidence. You are a bad person that’s why God orchestrated your accident. Don’t try me , I’m telling you, I’m telling you,” Shatta Wale stated.
As the feud escalates once again, fans are eager to see how Stonebwoy will respond to Shatta Wale’s intimidating comments and whether this conflict will escalate further in the music industry.

A way of reviving his dead career. I pray stone bwoy shows maturity by not responding. The best Stone Bwoy can do is to sue him for defamation of character.
