“Go girl! Forget some lazy Ghanaians” – Shatta Wale and his team tell Afua Asantewaa

After more than four weeks since Afua Asantewaa’s ambitious singing marathon, Guinness World Records has finally provided an update.

Unfortunately, the news is not in her favor. Afua Asantewaa Aduonum has been disqualified from the record attempt due to inconsistencies with her rest breaks.

This decision has stirred up a storm of controversy online, with many of her fans expressing disbelief and accusing her of withholding information about her results.

Afua Asantewaa herself addressed the issue during a recent media appearance on GH One TV. She explained that she had lost access to her log-in credentials and therefore had not seen the official documents regarding her disqualification.

In response to the criticism, Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale took to Facebook to defend Afua Asantewaa.

He argued that many Ghanaians have failed to appreciate her efforts and instead have been quick to criticize.

Shatta Wale pledged his support for Afua Asantewaa, stating that he and his fans would take a different approach.

“Some Ghanaians won’t appreciate you but Shatta wale and his shatta movement fans say Ayekoo .God said I should tell you ,you are the YAA ASANTEWAA OF OUR TIME . Go girl and forget some lazy Ghanaians.”
