Nana Aba, Bridget Otoo, Wode Maya, and other celebrities react to Trumps win

Some Ghanaian celebrities have shared their thoughts on the race, with former President Donald Trump reportedly leading in the polls as the 2024 United States elections unfold.

The elections, which began on November 5, 2024, have seen Trump ahead, according to major news outlets such as CNN, Fox News, and the BBC, as the results continue to come in.

The BBC projects that Trump has secured 266 electoral votes, while Vice President Kamala Harris has 194, with votes from 11 states still to be counted.

CNN’s projections align, giving Trump 266 electoral votes and Harris 188. In the popular vote, Trump currently leads with over 68 million votes, while Harris trails with just over 63 million.

While some celebrities have reacted with humor to the unfolding results, others have expressed indifference to the possibility of a Trump victory.
