2023 VGMA Best Rapper of the Year Amerado, has disclosed his use of a love spell in an effort to rekindle romance with a former partner.
During a recent interview with Andy Dosty of Hitz FM, Amerado detailed the ritual, which took place at a cemetery in Kumasi during the early hours of the morning.
“I went to the cemetery at 2 am and performed the ritual, sprinkling powder while expressing my desires,” the rapper recounted.
He emphasized the authenticity of the experience, stating, “I was alone, and I am not fabricating this story.”
When questioned about any apprehensions he may have had, given the unconventional nature of the act, Amerado attributed his actions to love, asserting that his determination was unwavering.
“I was deeply in love. 2 am posed no obstacle; when you’re in love, you’ll go to great lengths,” he explained.
Although the spell appeared to have the intended effect, Amerado disclosed that he and the lady are no longer together.
Despite this, his recent musical releases, including ‘Kwaku Ananse,’ ‘Abronoma,’ and the latest hit ‘Tintinto,’ continue to garner significant attention and airplay.
