Ghanaian internet sensation and media personality, Afua Asantewaa Aduonum, showered praises on controversial reggae dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr known popularly as Shatta Wale with praise, crowning him the “sweetest soul” she’s ever met.
In a heartfelt post on her official Facebook account, Asantewaa shared a video capturing Shatta Wale’s supportive presence at the Akwaaba Village during her Singathon attempt.
Shatta Wale’s visit was a significant gesture as Asantewaa aimed to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest singing marathon but faced disqualification and public scrutiny.
Despite the challenges, Shatta Wale remained a steadfast supporter, declaring in a recent interview that he sees Asantewaa as the contemporary Yaa Asantewaa, solidifying his deep admiration for her.
