Renowned Ghanaian pastor Nicholas Osei, known popularly as Prophet Kumchacha, has launched an intense critique against gospel musician Diana Asamoah in the midst of an escalating verbal clash.
The dispute originated from Asamoah’s condemnation of veteran musician Edward Akwasi Boateng for accepting an extravagant car gift from a fellow clergyman.
Asamoah suggested that Akwasi Boateng, facing financial difficulties, should utilise the vehicle for Uber to generate additional income.
Unhappy with her proposal, the veteran gospel musician advised Asamoah to employ her divine guidance to improve her own life.
In a show of solidarity, Prophet Kumchacha deemed Asamoah’s behaviour hypocritical and inconsistent.
Drawing from his own experiences of hardship, he expressed disappointment in mocking a colleague struggling with poverty.
Citing verses from Proverbs, the controversial prophet labelled Diana’s actions as “foolishness” and cautioned her to tread carefully or face his wrath.
