I underwent several cosmetic surgeries – Chez Amis restaurant CEO reveals

Belinda, the CEO of Chez Amis and a well-known Snapchat personality, has addressed the speculation surrounding her curvaceous figure.

She firmly denies claims that her ample buttocks are the result of plastic surgery.

Belinda explained that her naturally full figure has always been a part of her.

While she hasn’t had surgery specifically for her buttocks, she has undergone other cosmetic procedures.

She underwent liposuction 360, a technique that removes fat from the back and abdomen, and also had breast reduction surgery to alleviate back pain caused by excess breast tissue.

She shared, “People who know me can attest that I’ve always had a sizable rear end.

The liposuction was to address fat in my back and stomach, and the breast reduction was necessary due to discomfort from having too much breast tissue.

Now, my breasts are small enough that I don’t need to wear a bra, which was my goal for comfort.”

Belinda mentioned that her procedures were carried out in Ghana by a well-regarded surgeon in Kumasi, and she praised the results.

“It’s been three years since the surgeries, and my Ghanaian doctor did an outstanding job,” she said.

In a recent comment on her growing influence, Delay remarked, “I think you’re now the ones who control Accra.” To which Belinda responded, “I see it as my time to shine, but like all things, this too shall pass, and someone else will eventually take the lead.”

Ghanaian singer and socialite, Deborah Vanessa, known as ‘Sister Derby,’ took to Snapchat to share her thoughts on the trend of ex-partners claiming they had plans for their former flames after a breakup.

In a subtly pointed message on Snapchat, the ‘Kakalika’ sensation expressed frustration over exes spreading false narratives about their intentions post-separation.

“After you break up with them and they say: I had plans for you,” she posted on Snapchat.

This revelation comes shortly after Sister Derby’s surprise appearance alongside her former boyfriend, Medikal, at his O2 Indigo concert in London, sparking speculations of a renewed romance.

The onstage reunion happened following Medikal’s public announcement of his split from Fella Makafui and his return to single status.

Regarding her current rapport with Medikal:

Sister Derby clarified that her collaboration with Medikal was a supportive gesture toward a friend and ‘sweet ex,’ emphasizing that their relationship remains strictly professional.

“My appearance wasn’t meant to stir anything. It was simply to support my friend, my sweet ex. I wanted to show my support as we’ve collaborated before, and he’s my friend. It’s just business,” she explained.

Porials Pitch: Vendors risk legal battle over sale of unregistered products

Commuters who ply the N1-Lapaz road had to deal with huge traffic over the weekend due to the huge crown pulled by Dulcie Boateng’s (also known as Queen of Snapchat) Porial’s Pitch.

The event, which was primarily aimed at connecting clients with vendors of body-enhancing products, also became a hunting ground for the police and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to crackdown on some vendors of unregistered products.

In a tweet by user @OleleSalvador on April 20, he asserted that the organiser of the event, Dulcie, was picked up by the police with some other organisers, however, she escaped from the bus in which they had been put in after the police left to pick up some other culprits.

He said, “Although a resounding success for a maiden edition, Dulcie Boateng’s Porials Pitch event led to arrests over unregistered products, according to

@TheGhanaWeb. Unregistered products including boric acid suppository, bootyzone butt enlargement, weight gain syrups, flat tummy potion, and soaps were seized by the police; a dozen of the organisers were equally picked up as well in collaboration with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana and the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA)”.

These organisers and vendors who were apprehended are set to be arraigned before court and prosecuted for the sale of unregistered pharmaceutical products according to the statutes of the constitution, Olele mentioned.

“The arrested persons, who were released later after statements were taken, are likely to face charges for selling unapproved soaps and flat-tummy potions, breaching Health Professionals Regulatory Bodies Act, 2013, and FDA regulations on advertisement of unregistered products,” he added.

British in Madrid court over fake Snapchat plane bomb

A man from Britain is being accused of causing trouble in public after making a joke about blowing up a plane. He is now facing trial in Spain.

In July 2022, Aditya Verma posted a comment on Snapchat while he was heading to Menorca Island with his friends.

Before Verma left Gatwick airport, he sent a message saying: “I’m on my way to explode the plane (I’m a member of the Taliban). ”

Mr Verma said in a Madrid court on Monday that he never meant to make people upset or cause them harm.

If the university student is found to be responsible, they will have to pay a lot of money for the costs of sending two Spanish Air Force jets.

The UK security services noticed Mr Verma’s message and told the Spanish authorities while the easyJet plane was still flying.

A court in Madrid was told that it was believed the message caused concern after it was found using Gatwick’s Wi-Fi network.

Soon after that, the court was informed that two Spanish F-18 fighter jets were sent to fly next to the aircraft.

A jet followed the plane all the way to Menorca and when it landed, the plane was searched a lot.

Mr Verma, who was 18 years old, was taken by the police. He was held in a police jail for two days and then let out on bail, the court was informed.

When he got back to the UK, the British military intelligence agencies MI5 and MI6 asked him some questions before he went home to Orpington, Kent.

Mr Verma went to court on Monday. He is studying economics at Bath University. He told the court that the message was just a joke in a private group.

“He said he just sent it to my friends who I was traveling with that day. ”

When asked about why he sent the message, Mr. Verma said: “People have made fun of how I look since I was in school. ” It was to make people smile and have some fun.

When he saw the fighter jets next to the plane, Mr. Verma thought it was a military practice for the Russia-Ukraine war.

He said the pilot of the plane told everyone that fighter jets were sent by mistake, because someone sent a distress signal by accident.

The police looked through Mr. Verma’s phone and found that he had been looking up information about fights between Pakistan and India and potential attacks by the Islamic State in that region. But they didn’t find anything to show that Mr. Verma was involved in radical terrorist beliefs.

Mr Verma could be fined €22,500 if he is found guilty, but he is not in danger of going to jail for terrorism charges. The Spanish defense ministry is also asking for €95,000 to cover their expenses.
