Chelsea is contemplating making a move for Barcelona players Raphinha and Ferran Torres, as per the Daily Mail.
Chelsea’s manager, Mauricio Pochettino, is looking for ways to make their attack stronger before the transfer deadline this Friday. He seems ready to start discussions with the current LaLiga champions about a deal for these two players.
Ferran Torres, who is 23 years old, has scored in two games at the beginning of Barca’s season. However, he has only played as a substitute because Poland’s Robert Lewandowski has been chosen ahead of him. Raphinha, on the other hand, didn’t play in Barca’s win over Villarreal on Sunday.
Chelsea’s higher-ups are talking about whether to try to bring in Raphinha, who used to play for Leeds United.
There are reports saying that Barcelona would need to let go of a player if they want to sign João Félix from Atletico Madrid. They are also trying to bring in João Cancelo from Manchester City.
Meanwhile, Chelsea is also working on selling players. They are discussing a deal with Bayern Munich for their 24-year-old defender, Trevoh Chalobah.
