During the December 31, 2024, Watch Night service, Gaisie told his congregation that these prophecies were revealed to him by God and have worldwide significance.

He called for prayers to prevent some of the negative events he foresees.

While some of the prophecies speak of troubling times, he reassured Ghanaians that 2025 will be a year of prosperity and positive outcomes, unlike the past years.

His prophecies cover various areas, including politics, security, and traditional institutions.

    1. 2025 will be a year filled with good fortune and achievements

“This year is going to be very good and productive. It is going to be a prosperous year,” he said.

    1. A religion different from Christianity will dominate Europe

“I saw a religion, which is not Christianity, dominating Europe. The Lord told me to tell Christian leaders that we must do more. If Christian leaders around the world, including myself and any other man or woman of God, do not act, we will witness the rise of another religion in Europe. I saw France and other parts of Europe being overtaken by this new religion, much like what has happened in Turkey. We need to pray and do more evangelism; otherwise, the influence of Christianity in Europe could diminish to zero.”

    1. Europe to see harsh weather conditions are affecting

Gaisie prophesied severe weather disruptions, foreseeing devastating climate conditions in Europe.

    1. Vice President of Nigeria is set to take over as President

“The Lord took me to a place like Nigeria, and I saw a vice president becoming president in Nigeria,” Gaisie stated.

    1. Christianity will be overtaken by a different religion in Europe

“I saw a situation in Côte d’Ivoire similar to what happened in Ghana. I am being cautious this time, but I see an opposition leader, someone who has been in power before, coming into power again. Those who are spiritually guided will understand the prophecy.”

    1. Black Stars to qualify for the 2026 World Cup

Gaisie confidently prophesied that the Black Stars would qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

    1. Potential threats to Ghana’s safety on January 7th, 8th, and 9th

He forewarned of potential threats to Ghana’s security on January 7th, 8th, and 9th, urging vigilance to prevent calamity.

    1. Ghanaians should be watchful and pray before and after the inauguration ceremony in January 2025

“The Lord said we should be watchful on these dates: January 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th. We must pray and remain vigilant. I have seen many things, but I am being cautious. However, I repeat and put this on record: if Ghana goes to sleep on these days, something untoward may happen. After January 7, when the President-elect is sworn into office, people should continue to pray, stay alert, and remain watchful. May Ghana not fall asleep, and may happiness not cause people to lose their vigilance,” he prophesied.

    1. A vice president from a West African country will pass away

Gaisie predicted the death of a vice president from a West African country.

    1. Attacks on two traditional leaders, including a beheading

He warned of severe attacks on two traditional leaders, including the potential destoolment and even a beheading.

    1. A major loss concerning a well-known female figure from the Central Region

Gaisie foresaw a significant loss involving a prominent female figure from Ghana’s Central Region, comparing the situation to the tragic death of former Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, and predicted a state burial.

    1. Oprah Winfrey, the American media personality, needs our prayers

He called for prayers for American media mogul Oprah Winfrey, suggesting that she may face health challenges.

  • Prophecy of Kamala Harris winning elections wasn’t necessarily 2024 elections – Nigel Gaisie

Prophecy of Kamala Harris winning elections wasn’t necessarily 2024 elections – Nigel Gaisie

General Overseer of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, Nigel Gaisie, has clarified that his prophecy regarding Kamala Harris becoming President of the United States refers to a future election and not the 2024 race.

In an interview with UTV, Prophet Gaisie explained that while God showed him a vision of a woman named Harris who would lead the world, he never specified that it pertained to the 2024 election.

“In March or April, I was in Florida engaged in service when God revealed to me that a woman named Harris would lead the world. To be clear, God did not use me to predict that Harris would win the 2024 elections; what he showed me was a woman in a position of leadership on a global scale.”

“Harris is still alive and not dead, so let’s wait and see what happens in her life. This prophecy was not about the 2024 election. I had already said that Trump would make a comeback, and that has happened. Now, let’s see what happens in the life of Kamala Harris,” he said.

He continued, “On November 12, 2020, after Trump lost the elections, I prophesied in my church that he would make a comeback. The videos of that prophecy are available, and they can be found on my Facebook page.”

He concluded, “We should give time to the prophecy the Lord has given. It will surely come to pass, and that does not make me a false prophet.”

Nigel Gaisie’s prophecies are very inconsistent – MC Yaa Yeboah

Entertainment analyst MC Yaa Yeboah has openly called out Prophet Nigel Gaisie, citing what she perceives as a lack of consistency in his prophecies.

During the November 9, 2024, episode of United Showbiz, Yeboah questioned the credibility of Gaisie’s predictions, especially those concerning political events.

She suggested that some of Gaisie’s remarks may reflect personal opinions rather than genuine divine insight.

“I say this with all respect, but prophet Nigel is very inconsistent with his prophecies. The God I know is a direct God. Sometimes you say things from your own mind. You have to admit that you said this and it’s not God that told you,” she stated.

She also pointed out a recurring trend among prominent prophets who forecast election outcomes, observing that their prophecies often align with personal grievances toward political parties.

Yeboah called on prophets to be transparent about their motivations, particularly when their predictions are shaped by their experiences with political figures.

“ Most of the major prophets who make predictions about who wins elections. If you follow them, they end up talking about how a particular party has been disrespectful or unfair to them.

“It’s ok to admit that you are angry at how a party has treated you so you predicted the party’s performance at the elections. But don’t say God told you! God doesn’t choose political parties… God will not tell you to speak ill of a political party. That is not the God we serve,” Yeboah emphasised.

  • 2024 elections: I have the NPP flag, and I pray against them everyday; they’ve hurt Ghana – Nigel Gaisie

2024 elections: I have the NPP flag, and I pray against them everyday; they’ve hurt Ghana – Nigel Gaisie

Founder of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has stated that he is fervently praying against the New Patriotic Party’s victory in the 2024 general elections. Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM on November 6, 2024, Gaisie criticised the NPP, accusing them of negatively impacting both the church and the nation.

He urged Ghanaians to hold the party accountable in the upcoming elections.

Gaisie shared that he is engaging in fasting and prayers for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and for Ghana as a whole, expressing strong dissatisfaction with the current administration.

“I’m fasting for the NDC. I’m fasting for Ghana. I’m praying against the NPP government. I have their flag. Every day, I’m dealing with it. They have hurt the church, they have hurt the nation, and they have to go. Ghanaians must punish them,” he said.

When questioned about his authority to influence voters, Prophet Gaisie responded, “I’m a prophet of God. A prophet is a messenger of the Almighty God.”

He defended his prophecies, stating that he has seen the vision over 1,000 times and has even travelled to Israel to pray about it since November last year.

“When I see it and I go back, I’ll get it right. Some of it. I’ll just see it in a trance or a vision and I’m not so interested. I’ll not investigate it. But about this prophecy. I’ve travelled on it, gone to Israel, and prayed about it since November last year. I’m fasting so I can’t get it wrong,” he said.

Asked if his stance was because he was sponsored by a political party, Prophet Gaisie denied any financial support from any party.

“Nobody has sponsored me. Nobody has given me a dime. I don’t even know anybody,” he clarified.

Gaisie’s remarks come as Ghana prepares for the December 7, 2024 elections, where citizens will choose their next president and parliamentary representatives.

With election day nearing, political campaigns have ramped up, with candidates employing various strategies to win over voters.

  • I deal with the NPP flag daily so they lose the elections – Nigel Giasie

I deal with the NPP flag daily so they lose the elections – Nigel Giasie

Leader of the Prophetic Hill Church, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has revealed that he is actively praying against the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to prevent them from retaining power in the upcoming December 7 election.

Speaking with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Gaisie said he is doing everything within his influence to ensure the NPP is defeated.

“I’m praying against the NPP government to lose. Yes, I am praying. I have their flag. Every day I am dealing with it. They have hurt the church, they have hurt the nation, and they have to go. Ghanaians must punish them,” he told the host, expressing his dissatisfaction with the NPP’s treatment of the country.

Declaring his support for National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate John Dramani Mahama, Gaisie shared his hope for the former president’s victory.

He also acknowledged that he doesn’t always get his prophecies right due to human error.

“I sometimes get my prophecies wrong. That makes me a human being. Every prophet that gets it 100% is fake. Sometimes God will twist your mouth, and your lips to make a mistake so that you the vessel will know that you are a human being. Sometimes I get it wrong. That is why you have to always be sharp spiritually. That is why in the space of a prophet, we don’t like disturbances. My emotions are very important to me because I can see red and misinterpret it. And so sometimes we get it wrong,” he explained.

Reflecting on his early years in ministry, Gaisie admitted that some of his past mistakes were due to a lack of mentorship and experience.

“Most of us the prophets are not educated. And the senior men of faith did not hold us, they didn’t welcome us. So, personally, I have made a lot of mistakes which are regrettable because I didn’t have anybody who was so much interested in me,” he shared, mentioning Reverend Eastwood Anaba as one of his current mentors.

  • God has chosen Mahama as the winner of 2024 elections – Nigel Gaisie

God has chosen Mahama as the winner of 2024 elections – Nigel Gaisie

Founder of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has declared that flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, is divinely destined to win the 2024 elections.

In an interview on Accra FM on September 18, 2024, Prophet Gaisie confidently asserted that nothing can prevent Mahama’s victory in the upcoming polls.’

He revealed that despite attempts from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to sway him, he remained firm in his belief that God’s will is unchangeable.

According to Gaisie, a delegation from the NPP approached him on three separate occasions with offers regarding the election, but he rejected them.

He further emphasized that Mahama has been chosen by God to lead the nation, saying, When asked by the host if trends do not influence his prophecy about Mahama winning the election, he stated, “No, let me tell you, Bawumia sent people to come and talk to me. He sent people to come and talk to me with offers. I have the video; I taped them. Jubilee House sent people, and I am saying it on your station.

“They sent people to come and talk to me. They have approached me about three times with offers, so why wouldn’t I accept that offer if it is not of God? We don’t say things by trend.

“This election is about Ghana, and this NPP, you see, upon all the attacks and insults, they still came to me. So, John will win; they just need to be vigilant at the polling stations,” he said.

Gaisie encouraged the NDC to remain vigilant at polling stations, asserting that Mahama’s victory is already secured. He urged the NPP to prepare for a transition, stating, “They should be ready and write their handing over notes because even this morning, per what I saw, John Mahama has already won the elections, and nothing can stop that victory.

He also addressed fellow prophets who, according to him, are swayed by regional or political biases, “The Lord told me that I would not give the nation to Ishmael while Isaac was there. Some of my brother’s prophets, the Ashantiness in them does not allow them to speak the mind of God. In some of them, there is so much of the NPP in them that it restricts them.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie concluded by affirming his belief that, come December 7, Ghanaians will vote decisively for Mahama, marking a clear defeat for the NPP.

“If Bawumia were the person to win, by this time, you would have heard it a long time ago. Apart from Rev. Kusi Boateng saying he has seen that Bawumia will win, have you seen any other prophet saying Bawumia will win? It is very clear that the NPP will lose, and it is very clear that on December 7, Ghanaians will vote for John Mahama.”

  • You only act when it’s time for elections – Nigel Gaisie takes a swipe at Peace Council

You only act when it’s time for elections – Nigel Gaisie takes a swipe at Peace Council

A controversy erupted during the National Peace Council’s dialogue with prophets in the Greater Accra Region.

The meeting on Tuesday took a dramatic turn when Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder of the True Word Prophetic Fire Ministries, addressed the audience.

He criticized the Council for seeming to be active only during elections, highlighting notable incidents where he believed the Council had remained silent, such as the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election violence and the Techiman election killings, among others.

“I live close to Ayawaso West Wuogon. We saw the happenings of Ayawaso West Wuogon. Still I don’t know when Peace Council is going to speak on it or release and communiqué to that effect,” he said.

“We were in this country when our brothers and sisters in Techiman were killed. Till today, no word from Peace Council of the Republic of Ghana. Just last month or so… the Ghana Statistical Service brought a data or a survey suggested that the regular Ghanaian cannot afford three square meals, but we have an Agricultural Minister paid by the regular Ghanaian’s tax.

He urged the Council to be proactive in addressing all issues, rather than what he described as selective action, stressing that peace cannot be built in a vacuum.

“We should appreciate that peace is not found in a vacuum. There are certain conditions, there are certain tenets that must prevail before peace, as it were, can be established.”

But in response to his charges, Rev. Dr. Ernest Adu Gyamfi, the Chairman of the National Peace Council, spoke.

Ahead of the impending elections, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, the founder and presiding archbishop of Action Chapel International, gave counsel to politicians and prophets alike.

  • I have never received any form of financial support from John Kumah – Nigel Gaisie replies widow

I have never received any form of financial support from John Kumah – Nigel Gaisie replies widow

The founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has refuted allegations of ever being financially supported by the late Deputy Finance Minister, John Kumah.

The accusations surfaced from Prophetess Lilian Kumah, the widow of the deceased politician, who claimed in an interview on Asaase Radio that prophet Gaisie utilized information from her husband’s family for his prophecies, suggesting a close relationship between Mr Gaisie and her late husband.

She also implied that Mr Gaisie had been on her husband’s payroll at some point, although she did not specify in what capacity.

However, Mr Gaisie vehemently denied these claims, asserting that he had never been financially supported by John Kumah since their initial encounter in 2015.

“In her audio, she said I was on John Kumah’s payroll but when they were coming to my church, they didn’t even have money…

“You are a pastor and someone that God has used me to bless before, because of political interest you are able to tell me my wife has left home …before then, she said I was on John Kumah’s payroll, I have never been on John Kumah’s payroll,” Nigel said in an interview on Onua FM on March 12, 2024.

“2016, were they having money all the times I was preaching for her before building a new palace where they have money to put me on payroll, and can she pay me? At that time God raised me, can she put me on the payroll?” he added.

Additionally, Gaisie highlighted that the Kumah family was not financially stable during their early interactions.

He questioned whether they had the financial means to support him, particularly during their initial encounters before they gained financial stability.

The late Deputy Minister and New Patriotic Party Member of Parliament for Ejisu in the Ashanti region, John Kumah, passed away on March 7, 2024, at the Suhum Government Hospital.

Nigel Gaisie reveals what happened between him and “Lily” Kumah at Mövenpick

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the General Overseer of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, has revealed details of a meeting he had with Apostle Mrs. Lilian Kumah, the wife of the late Deputy Finance Minister, Dr. John Kumah, at Mövenpick in September of the previous year.

In a live social media broadcast on Monday, March 11, Prophet Nigel Gaisie responded to recent criticisms from Apostle Mrs. Lilian Kumah regarding comments he made about her late husband.

The death of Dr. Kumah on March 7, 2024, has sparked speculation about the cause, with a prophecy from Prophet Nigel Gaisie being among the viral videos circulating after the incident.

However, in a recorded interview played on Accra-based Asaase Radio on Monday, March 11, 2024, Apostle Kumah expressed her disappointment with Prophet Nigel Gaisie, accusing him of exploiting their personal information for his own gain and to enhance his popularity, despite their close relationship.

“We know him very well and have been aware since November 2023 that the late John Kumah was seriously sick. My husband had a lot of respect for men of God in this country and that included Nigel Gaisie when my husband and I thought he was a genuine man of God,” she explained.

In response to Apostle Kumah’s accusations, Prophet Nigel Gaisie noted that he is no mere stranger to the Kumah family, as he used to pray for Apostle Lilian and for that reason, she used to call him Papa.

He recounted an instance at Mövenpick hotel in Accrra where the Apostle allegedly called him “Man of God” instead of Papa, as she normally does, reportedly.

“I called her Apostle and she called me Man of God. I told her today you are calling me Man of God. You used to call me Papa and I am your Papa. I know I don’t impose Papa on anybody but you’ve never called me Man of God,” he said.

According to him, he was surprised since he anointed her. Prophet Nigel Gaisie noted that it was during their brief encounter at Mövenpick in September that he informed her that he wanted to speak to the late John Kumah since he had a revelation about him.

“Because Man of God is someone you don’t really know but you are somebody who has knelt down before me and I have poured oil on you several times. So I realized that she was trying to be rude with her gestures. She was still on the phone. If Apostle Lilian really has the Holy Ghost and she reads the Bible I read, which is the Bible of Jacob, Isaac she cannot tell me she didn’t meet me at Mövenpick,” he added.

“I told her at Mövenpick that I have a revelation about her husband and so she should let her husband call me or she should tell when I should call. You, that I thought you how to pray, tell me when I should call so that I give the revelation to your husband that was in September, I was going to renew your UK visa.

“Now Lily is telling people that they should ignore the prophesy and that they were my friends and I heard about it,” he noted.

He suggested that Apostle Kumah’s interview was an attempt to discredit his prophetic work, influenced by politicians who are not supportive of his ministry.

“Nigel Gaisie was like a brother. He knows my late husband, lawyer John Kumah personally, one-on-one. We have sat in this house and eaten together several times.

“That is how far we go. When he came from abroad to start a church in Ghana, he came to my church, Disciples of Christ Ministries and I did a programme with him dubbed ‘Let the Prophet Speak.”

“We know him very well and have been aware since November 2023 that the late John Kumah was seriously sick. My husband had a lot of respect for men of God in this country and that included Nigel Gaisie when my husband and I thought he was a genuine man of God,” she explained.

In response to Apostle Kumah’s accusations, Prophet Nigel Gaisie addressed the issue in a live social media recording on Monday, March 11, 2024. He stated that when he received the revelation about Dr. Kumah’s death, he tried to reach out to him but was denied access.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie claimed that Apostle Kumah did not make any effort to facilitate a meeting between him and her husband to discuss other aspects of the prophecy.

He suggested that Apostle Kumah’s interview was an attempt to discredit his prophetic work, influenced by politicians who are not supportive of his ministry.

Your husband and I were not friends – Nigel Gaisie to John Kumah’s wife

The founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has refuted allegations of friendship with the late Member of Parliament for Ejisu, John Ampontuah Kumah, during a Facebook live session on March 11, 2024.

Dismissing claims made by the widow of the deceased Deputy Minister for Finance, prophet Gaisie denied having a friendly relationship with John Kumah, asserting that Kumah was a son rather than a friend.

Addressing Lilian, the widow, prophet Gaisie emphasized that he did not maintain friendships due to his busy schedule, clarifying that Kumah was considered a son to him.

“The point is that the late John Kumah was not my friend; he was a son. I don’t have friends; I am too busy I don’t even know how to keep friends. I am always indoors. So the late John Kumah, a very honourable man, he was not my friend.

“So Lilian get it. You and your husband, you were my daughter, I poured oil on you. You have knelt before me and I have all the pictures, I have all the videos and if you dare say it is not true, I will just allow my media team to blow all these things on the internet,” he stated.

He warned Lilian against challenging his statement, citing photographic and video evidence of their interactions, including moments where she and her husband knelt before him.

After John Kumah’s death on March 7, 2024, videos surfaced of a prophecy issued by prophet Gaisie in December 2023, where he predicted a bright future for a deputy minister of finance facing potential attacks.

While not explicitly naming Kumah, prophet Gaisie later claimed that the prophecy referred to him and acknowledged the impending tragedy.

However, Lilian Kumah accused prophet Gaisie of using privileged information obtained as a close friend in his prophecy, branding him a fraud and false prophet.

“I saw a Deputy Minister of Finance, if he can take care of himself, I see him at the highest height of government, but they want to attack him.

“If he can take care of himself, in the next years, God will help him and I saw him at the seat of government, but they have ganged, they have sat down, they want to crash him, a deputy minister of finance,” he stated without mentioning a name.

During the Facebook live session, prophet Gaisie defended the authenticity of his prophecy, recounting the deterioration of his relationship with the Kumahs over a political prophecy.

In the midst of the controversy, autopsy reports revealed multiple myeloma as the cause of the MP’s death at the age of 45.

According to Lilian, her late husband had been diagnosed with this terminal condition, a fact known to Gaisie since August 2023, when he claimed the prophecy originated.

Emphasizing the validity of his prophecy, Gaisie stated, “Indeed I saw it [death],” cautioning the public not to dismiss prophetic messages lightly.

These statements come in response to Apostle Lilian Kumah, the wife of the late John Kumah, who refuted prophet Gaisie’s prophecy.

The wife of the late Dr. John Kumah, Apostle Mrs. Lilian Kumah, has stated that self-proclaimed prophet Nigel Gaisie was aware of John Kumah’s terminal illness before his prophesy on December 31, 2023, predicting the death of a Ghanaian deputy minister in 2024.

Mrs. Lilian Kumah revealed in an interview with Asaase News that Nigel Gaisie had access to detailed information about the health of the late deputy finance minister and Member of Parliament for Ejisu constituency because of his close relationship with their family.

She further mentioned that her family chose to sever ties with Nigel Gaisie upon learning that he had used the information they provided him with to make predictions of doom during his watch night service on December 31.

  • “If John Kumah had met Nigel Gaisie, he wouldn’t have died – Rev Owusu-Bempah

Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, the founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, is urging Ghanaians to reconsider the significance of prophets and prophecies in light of the recent passing of Ejisu Member of Parliament, John Ampontuah Kumah.

According to Rev. Owusu Bempah, it is undeniable that Nigel Gaisie, the founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, foretold of the potential danger surrounding the late MP.

He emphasised that the prophecy would have required the cooperation of the deceased and his family to prevent the incident—in this case, death.

“I heard you speaking to Prophet Nigel Gaisie earlier and what he said is right. In fact, he has said a lot and if Ghanaians and all of us will listen and take some lessons from it, it will help all of us because it is exactly what it is.

“Prophet Nigel Gaisie saw everything and went ahead to take some measures but unfortunately things didn’t turn out right because I believe that if he had the opportunity to meet with him (John Kumah), what happened wouldn’t have happened,” he told the host of Ade Akye Abia on Okay FM, Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Owusu-Bempah highlighted that, as a prophet, he has previously received similar prophecies regarding dignitaries, such as Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. He noted that the cooperation of the vice president and his associates led to the prevention of any potential calamity.

He expressed concern that the police directive against ‘fear and panic’ prophecies obstructs the work of God’s prophets in assisting individuals who may be in danger of future events.

John Kumah was pronounced dead on Thursday, March 7, 2024, while being transported from Kumasi to Accra for medical attention in Germany due to an unknown condition.

Following his passing, a video from Prophet Nigel Gaisie’s December 2023 watch-night service resurfaced on social media. In the video, Gaisie made predictions about a certain Deputy Minister for Finance, suggesting that the minister could rise to the highest government position if he could overcome impending threats against him.

“I saw a Deputy Minister of Finance; if he can take care of himself, I see him at the highest level of government, but they want to attack him.

“If he can take care of himself in the next few years, God will help him and I saw him at the seat of government, but they have ganged, they have sat down, and they want to crash him, a deputy minister of finance,” Prophet Nigel Gaisie declared without mentioning a specific name.

At the time when the prophecy was made, Ghana had two deputy finance ministers, namely John Kumah and Abena Osei-Asare.

Following the passing of John Kumah, Nigel Gaisie posted a message on his Facebook and acknowledged in radio interviews that he was indeed referring to the late MP and Deputy Minister for Finance.

Conducting the 31st December Watch Night Service at the church headquarters in Dome, prophet Gaisie shared approximately 20 prophecies, as reported by GhanaWeb.

Among them, he made a prediction concerning a Deputy Minister of Finance.

In his prophecy, prophet Gaisie foresaw the potential ascent of the deputy minister to the highest echelons of government if he could successfully navigate impending threats against him.

“I saw a deputy Minister of Finance, if he can take care of himself, I see him at the highest height of government, but they want to attack him.

“If he can take care of himself, in the next years, God will help him and I saw him at the seat of government, but they have ganged, they have sat down, they want to crash him, a deputy minister of finance,” Prophet Nigel Gaisie declared without mentioning a specific name.

During the prophecy, Ghana had two deputy finance ministers, John Kumah and Abena Osei-Asare.

The prophetic words appear to have materialized with the passing of John Kumah on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

The late MP had previously been rumored as a potential running mate to Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer for the 2024 elections.

Prophet Gaisie later posted a message on Facebook suggesting that he was referring to the late MP in his prophecy.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, has voiced his disappointment with the perceived lack of support from Ghanaians for Afua Asantewaa’s endeavor to break the Guinness World Records in a sing-a-thon.

He expressed bewilderment, questioning why Ghanaians showed overwhelming support for Nigerian chef Hilda Baci during her record-breaking cooking marathon, yet a similar level of enthusiasm and participation has been lacking in replicating such actions locally.

In a post on his social media, he stated, “Alas, have you chanced on any Nigerian celebrity or blogger posting about Afua’s sing-a-thon? But Ghanaians no make we sleep when it was Hilda. Let’s learn to mind our business and promote ours… YOURS IS YOURS.”

“I was there this dawn to support Asantewaa… Go girl, go Ghana,” he added.

The religious leader called on Ghanaians to adopt the Nigerian culture of supporting their own, highlighting that Nigerian pastors readily back their fellow countrymen without hesitation.

He criticized certain Ghanaian pastors for what he characterized as divisive conduct, pointing out their tendencies to engage in tension, hostilities, and plotting against one another.

“They have practiced a culture of supporting their own no matter what. Nigerian pastors support their own regardless but Ghana dierr, fooling saaaaaaa.

“Some, Ghanaian pastors behave even more bigger than God, full of tension, and hostilities, plotting to bring one another down is what is always on their mind. A big Nigerian prophet once asked me, Prof. Nigel, why are your people soo divisive? no love or best wishes for one another, I was like some of us will change the narrative,” he added.

Prominent NPP member who wanted Frema Osei-Opare crippled now dead – Nigel Gaisie claims

An alleged leading member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) who supposedly sought the help of Prophet Nigel Gaisie to make the Chief of Staff, Frema Osei-Opare, paralysed, has died, according to the prophet.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie recounted the sequence of events during an interview on the “Atuu” show on UTV, hosted by Abeiku Aggrey Santana. According to the Prophet, the individual in question, a leading member of the ruling NPP, had approached him with a request.

The person claimed that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo had previously assured him of Frema’s position, but he felt overlooked.

“One of their people came to me, requesting prayers because he believed President Nana Akufo-Addo had assured him of the position,” Prophet Nigel disclosed in the interview. “He said I should pray for about two or three things. Number one, Firstly, he wanted me to pray for her to become paralysed, as pastors have the power to pray for such outcomes,” he said.

The prophet said that he refused to do such a thing after which he later heard that the NPP member had passed away.

“As I speak to you now, the person is no longer alive,” he said.

To substantiate the authenticity of his claims, the Prophet suggested contacting the deceased individual’s bodyguard, who had accompanied him on his alleged visit to Prophet Gaisie’s residence.

The said bodyguard according to Prophet Nigel, was his[Nigel] junior in secondary school at Abuakwa State College. He also said that the widow of the NPP member might know about his visit to his house.

“The bodyguard can serve as a witness, and the widow of the deceased may also have knowledge of this matter,” Prophet Nigel asserted. “I want to clarify that I did not fulfill the request. I did not do it. This person’s soldier was my junior in secondary school. I attended ABUSCO, Abuakwa State College. I am a very truthful person, I don’t lie,” he said.

Prophet Nigel did not provide specific details regarding the year in which this incident occurred. He also refrained from sharing additional information about the individual involved, except to mention that the alleged culprit was a male who had arrived with a bribe of 1.6 million Ghana cedis, equivalent to 16 billion old cedis, and a white Range Rover.

  • We have the power to fix and destroy – Nigel Gaisie on what some pastors can do

We have the power to fix and destroy – Nigel Gaisie on what some pastors can do

Founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel International, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has shed light on the remarkable extent of power wielded by pastors and their unique capacity to either bring harm or healing.

According to Nigel Gaisie, pastors, by virtue of their spiritual authority, possess an extraordinary level of influence, granting them the capability to affect the lives of individuals in profound ways.

This revelation came to the fore as Nigel Gaisie recounted a startling incident involving an alleged member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who approached him with a peculiar request. The individual, keen to secure a prominent position promised to him by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, sought Nigel’s assistance in making it a reality.

Describing the dramatic encounter, Nigel Gaisie revealed that the man, accompanied by a soldier, arrived in a white Range Rover and brought with him a jaw-dropping sum of 1.6 million Ghana cedis, which, in old currency, amounted to a staggering 16 billion cedis.

The visitor’s request, however, was both astonishing and ethically challenging. Nigel Gaisie explained that he was asked to pray for a specific outcome – to bring about the paralysis of none other than Ghana’s Chief of Staff, Frema Akosua Osei-Opare.

“He came with a white Range Rover and some money he had a soldier with him. He brought 1.6 million Ghana cedis, that is old cedis 16 billion. I am speaking my truth. And the truth is the truth. And did I do it? No I did not do it. I won’t even do it. When the person left, I just told my team that I am not interested. In the first place, I do what God has instructed me to do. My children here are witnesses to this incident. He said I should pray for about 2 or 3 things. Number one, I should pray, so she becomes crippled,” he said.

Abeiku Aggrey Santana, the interviewer, seized the opportunity to question the moral dimensions of such a request within the realm of pastoral duties. Prophet Nigel Gaisie, resolute in his convictions, responded without hesitation, asserting that pastors indeed possess the power to influence lives, be it for good or ill.

Abeiku: “Is that part of your job as a pastor? To pray for someone to be crippled?”

Prophet Gaisie: “Oh yes. God has given us power. We have power. God has given us power. We have the power to destroy and the power to fix.”

However, he clarified that, according to the teachings of the New Testament, their primary mission is to heal and assist the children of God. Consequently, he emphatically declared that he chose not to comply with the request to cause harm.

He also revealed that the individual who had made this astonishing had since died.

“Under the New Testament we do a lot of fixing than we destroy. God has given us power to destroy the works of the devil and not of the children of God. So I did not do it. Later I heard that the person, fortunately or unfortunately God has called the person,” he noted.

God has given pastors the power to cripple people – Nigel Gaisie claims

Frema Akosua Osei-Opare, the Chief of Staff at the center of this extraordinary story, had a distinguished political career, having served as a Member of Parliament before becoming Ghana’s first female occupant of the Chief of Staff position.

John Mahama and I received harsh treatment from Supt. Asare – Nigel Gaisie

Founder and head of Prophetic Hill Chapel International, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has spoken out about how Superintendent George Lysander Asare, a troubled senior police officer, allegedly mistreated him when he was in charge of the Mile 7 Police Command.

Nigel claims that Supt Asare mistreated him and former President John Dramani Mahama after the latter made a forecast that the senior police officer took to heart.

“This said, Superintendent Lysander Asare abused my rights some few years ago just because I have given an inspired prophecy which he deem not to be in his favour, I never had peace when he was the mile 7′ police commander,” he wrote in a Facebook post.

Prophet Nigel claimed that among the mistreatment he had at the hands of the policeman was having his time wasted by repeatedly being requested to report to the police station while being verbally abused.

He continued by saying that John Dramani Mahama, a previous president, was also subjected to the insults.

“He will ask me to report day and night, waste all my productive hours at Mile 7 Police station.

“For all the hours, he will keep me at the station, its verbal abuse upon verbal abuse, the former president of Ghana was the major point of his focus.

“A professional police man in the Ghanaian police uniform in his office will insult me saaa and the former president of Ghana! My ethics and upbringing will not allow me to repeat the harsh, unprovoked draconic and un-printed words he used on the former president of Ghana (JM) and my good self).

“He will leak our private conversation to Oman FM boiling point lies upon lies, they will scandalise me saaa,” he alleged.

Three top police officials were detained by the Ghana Police Service on Thursday, September 7, 2023, as a result of their participation in a recording that was leaked in which a plot to remove the present Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, was being discussed.

“The Police Service has interdicted Commissioner of Police (COP) Mr. George Alex Mensah, Superintendent Mr. Emmanuel Eric Gyebi and Superintendent Mr. George Lysander Asare in connection with the audio tape which has become a subject matter of investigation by Parliament.

“The interdiction is to make way for disciplinary proceedings into their conduct in line with Police Service regulations,” the statement said.

According to Prophet Nigel, while he is not happy about the turn of events for the senior police officer, his fate should serve as a lesson to persons abusing their office.

“Am I happy he is interdicted, nope but the lessons of history must teach us thus no condition is permanent and be pleasant towards people…. don’t abuse people wrongly even if you don’t agree with them……some don’t sleep at night. Nigel Gaisie, I have suffered oo (One day, I will write a book n (sic) entitle it… The pains of being a prophet) …. I wish him and all the others who over the years have touched me wrongly……Well,” he wrote.

I will accept offering from anyone, no matter their background or lifestyle – Rev Nigel Gaisie

Prophet Nigel Gaisie has shared his opinion on accepting money from ‘morally bad’ sources.

In an interview on United ShowBiz, the revered spiritual leader made it clear that he would accept offerings made by anyone, no matter their background or lifestyle.

He stated that “Who am I to judge! I will accept offering from prostitutes and armed robbers because every money is money.”

He explained that armed robbers and prostitutes are human beings like we all and he does not discriminate among people.

He also urged all men of God to be hospitable with these people, because that is the one way to make them feel comfortable and have the mind to repent.

Nigel also advised against quick condemnation among Ghanaians.

His statement caused controversy and criticism from some members of the public.

It’s important to note that accepting offerings from anyone is a common practice in many churches worldwide. However, Rev. Gaisie’s specific mention of prostitutes and armed robbers is what drew attention to his statement.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie sues Nana Romeo over sex allegation

Prophet Nigel Gaisie has filed a suit at the High Court of Justice, Amasaman, against Abdul Karim, popularly known as Nana Romeo for making sexual allegations against him.

In a writ the pastor shared on his Facebook page on April 5, 2023, which the statement of claim was not attached, the defendant is to enter an appearance within eight days after service.

The caption read: “No long talk this time, if you say or write, reproduce any silly or false stuff about me, I will test the law. Enough of the falsehoods against my person and ministry…”

“The prophetic and prophets in Ghana will never go down, the agents of darkness will be put at their right places,” he added.

Meanwhile, one Stancy Amoateng has been added to the suit. It is unclear who the individual is and the role the said person played in the sex allegation.

What Nana Romeo said about Nigel Gaisie:

The Accra FM show host in an interview on Restoration with Stacy, when asked what memories hurt him the most, said Nigel Gaisie had an affair with his (nana Romeo) girlfriend although the preacher knew they were dating.

According to Nana Romeo, he regarded Nigel Gaisie as a Godfather only for the prophet to stab him in the back.

He recalled how he became close to Nigel Gaisie, disclosing that it was after his interview with the preacher about the demise of musician Ebony Reigns went viral.

“When Ebony died, I called Nigel because I had seen a video of his prophecy about the incident. He wasn’t popular but the interview shot him to fame so we became friends. I booked musicians to perform at his church,” Nana Romeo recalled in the Twi language.

“One holiday, I decided to go out with my girlfriend. The lady had been good to me. She bought a car for me, rented an apartment for me and I told him all the good things the lady had done for me. I don’t know if that was what enticed him.

“The lady and I were about to go to the beach to enjoy the holiday when Nigel called me on the phone that he needed me to check out something for him so I should come over. That was when I introduced the lady to him.

“Later, he started texting the lady, going out on lunch dates. So, his junior pastors were shocked and surprised at his actions and they called me and told me about it.

“One day, I went to his house. They didn’t grant me access; he called the security personnel to tell me he was not around. Later, he called to apologise about the act and claimed he didn’t know what came over him. The thought of this hurts me so much,” Nana Romeo narrated.

Sharing a snippet of his interview on Instagram, Nana Romeo disclosed why he had to break silence over the matter.

His caption read: “This is how Nigel Gaisie destroyed my relationship. I decided not to comment on this issue but I finally had to…”

‘Nobody can alter your destiny’ – IGP tells public

During his operational responsibilities on December 31, 2022, Inspector-General of Police George Akuffo Dampare discussed his beliefs regarding the gospel and destiny.

All of a man’s deeds on earth, according to the police chief, are already predetermined by God, and every event in a person’s life is part of a plan to bring about their destiny.

“I want to assure you that individually, be convinced in your hearts and in your minds, that nobody born of a man or a woman can alter your destiny, when that happens, then there is no God.

“What it means is that God who has destined you for something can just sit down and look and allow a human being to change that thing, just imagine that. So, whatever you go through, they are all calculated in order for your destiny to be accomplished,” he stressed.

His crew visited the Assemblies of God Newspring Chapel during the Watchnight service as part of their operational tasks, and his remarks were met with enthusiastic applause.

Some pastors who objected to a police decree late last year warning against predictions that could promote fear and panic have lately criticized Dampare.

Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah and Nigel Gaisie are two such priests who are well-known for their New Year prophecy sessions and are frequently assumed to be the focus of alarmist predictions.

This year, Gaisie prophesied that there will be a change of IGP and that he had seen the current IGP’s boots being removed, only that he said his prophecy related to a country known as the Republic of Yempe Nokware and not Ghana.

Before 8th Parliament ends, two MPs will die – Nigel Gaisie predicts

Founder and head pastor of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, Nigel Gaisie, has prophesied the demise of two Members of Parliament before the end of the eighth parliament.

Nigel Gaisie who in his 2023 message gave a number of prophecies relating to Ghana in another fictional country known as the Republic of Yemp3 Nokware, did not mention names or give further details. He said prayers are being said for these MPs to avert the unfortunate.

“There is going to be an attack on the Republic of Yemp3 Nokware. Two of the parliamentarians will not make it to the last meeting of parliament but we will be praying for them. We will avert it like the other ones have been averted,” he said.

He also added that a woman holding a sensitive position will be murdered in cold blood.

He however said if prayers are not said to avert it, the country will lose the high-profile woman.

“I saw it clearly, a woman who is leading a sensitive position in the republic of ‘Yempɛ Nokware’, I saw she was murdered in cold blood. So I asked the angel of the lord why so? I saw a party complaining she was not fair to them, let’s pray to avert it, I see it handing and if we joke with this, it will happen because I keep seeing it,” he said.

His premonition comes at a time when the Police Service is clamping down on such prophecies.

  • I will come see you, I haven’t forgotten about you – Fameye to Nigel Gaisie

Award-winning songwriter and singer Fameye has responded to a claim by popular Ghanaian prophet, Nigel Gaisie that he is an ingrate.

It will be recalled that the founder of the Prophetic Hill Chapel called out Fameye for failing to get in touch with him or appreciate his contributions to his successful music career despite the prayers and prophetic words he gave in regards to the singer recording a breakthrough.

According to Prophet Nigel, the ‘Nothing I Get’ singer, now a popular artiste, has refused to thank him after his prophecies came to pass.

On the occasion of Fameye’s birthday, the preacher took to his Facebook page to express his disappointment.

He wrote: “I prayed for him to be big by the mercies of God, coming back to say thank you, Jesus, bless you prophet of God is even a problem. It’s your birthday, I pray for you in that you will give God his due and appropriate people who as it were, helped you on your way of becoming who you are now; Fameye…PNG.”

Fameye in an interview on Culture Daily on 3 Music, admitted to visiting the prophet’s church with the hope of a big break in his music career.

He disclosed that the man of God prophesied an elevation in his career but added that he was soon going to die. This revelation became a huge bother to Fameye leading him to break up with all his girlfriends for fear of losing his precious life.

In an account by the singer, Nigel even gave him the date the unfortunate incident was going to take place.

“I want to comment on Nigel’s case. Yes, I indeed visited his church and he prophesied to me about my death. I don’t want to give details but he said I was going to die and added that I was going to blow. I was visiting other churches because I wanted God to cause an elevation in my music career. After his death prophesies, my soul nearly left my body. I even broke up with all my girlfriends. I had about three women at the time. The prophet even gave me the date I was going to die. Recently I was in America when he tweeted that I have been ungrateful to him after his prophecy about me came to pass,” he explained.

Fameye in his interview pledged to visit Nigel to settle their difference. In the meantime, he has acknowledged the prophet’s role in his success story.

“I want to use this medium and inform you that I haven’t forgotten about you, I will come to see you at the right time. What you said has come to pass but I know that your prayers also averted the death you saw. There is no bad blood, God bless you,” Fameye added.

  • You’re empowering prophet Nigel if you decide to go silent on that ‘crime’ – Arnold tells Mzbel

Entertainment Analyst, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo is calling on songstress Mzbel to spill the beans over her encounter with Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder and leader of True Word Prophetic Fire Ministries; no matter how bitter the truth may sound.

Speaking on Peace FM’s ‘Entertainment Review’, Arnold Asamoah expressed disappointment in the loud and maverick singer for keeping mute over the issue; stressing her silence will embolden the Prophet to victimize other innocent people.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie has recently ended up in the bad records of Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong who accuses the Prophet of using dubious means to exploit his church members and other people who believe in his ministry.

Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, speaking on NET 2 in Accra last week, recounted some evil dealings which are clandestinely done by Prophet Nigel Gaisie to gain clout over his victims.

He also revealed that the Prophet has engaged in sexcapades with some prominent ladies in the country and added he raped Mzbel.

“She tried to come out but they prevented her. I’ve spoken to her. He raped her. Yes, he raped her!” he exclaimed.

Responding to the issues in an interview on Peace FM, Mzbel refused to set the records straight on the rape case.

But Arnold Asamoah, unhappy with Mzbel’s low tone on exposing the Prophet, stressed she is building a defense wall for the Prophet and aiding him to continue his alleged diabolic activities.

”Assuming without admitting that the Prophet indeed did that to her and she claims some elderly people have advised her and so she has to let go, it equally doesn’t help. What it means is that it will embolden the Prophet if indeed, again I am saying assuming without admitting, that’s the real case. If she cannot talk now because of the elders who counseled her or if she was given money to keep mute, you’re only emboldening the Prophet. He will continue to do that because he knows how to shut people up,” he said.
