Uncle Ebo Whyte’s Roverman Productions team has once again wrapped its sleeves to unveil their creative prowess with an enthralling new play – ‘NAKED IN BED.’
At its heart, the story revolves around Samson, a man whose world is suddenly upended on the eve of his wedding. In a twist of fate, he finds himself in a compromising situation with his fiancée’s best friend, Mercedes. The consequence is immediate: his once-promising marriage to Vicky teeters on the brink of collapse.
Yet, in the midst of turmoil, a glimmer of hope emerges. Samson’s father steps onto the stage, a character determined to rescue the crumbling situation.
As the drama unfolds, ‘NAKED IN BED’ teaches us to question our assumptions, reminding us that appearances can often be deceptive. It encourages introspection about our choices in the realm of intimacy, underscoring the profound spiritual aspects of human sexuality.
The play shows today at the National Theatre at 7PM. It will also show on these selected dates: September 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, and 10th.
