Andrew Kofi Cudjoe, popularly known as Keche Andrew and a member of the music duo Keche Global, has opened up about a past misunderstanding he had about his wife, Joana Gyan Cudjoe.
Keche Andrew and Joana, who is currently the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Amenfi Central, tied the knot in 2019.
During an interview with MzGee, Keche Andrew recounted an incident early in their relationship when he saw Joana pole dancing while they were on vacation.
This unexpected experience initially gave him a negative impression, leading him to wrongly associate her actions with occult practices.
“I can remember we went on Vacation…and while we were there, I saw my wife act like a stripper. I was scared of her antics…I was looking at her quietly …then I began to ask myself if she was an occult”.
Reflecting further on their marriage, Andrew affirmed that despite facing multiple challenges and external pressures, he trusted his wife.
“There was a time when I was receiving calls from girls and other people threatening me, even spreading rumours about me to Joana. Sometimes, I would take her phone and chat with them directly. Even some of my fellow musicians and media personalities were involved,” he recalled.
