The United States court handling the trial of socialite Hajia4Reall has rejected her request to have her bail conditions relaxed, denying her the opportunity to take her daughter out to fun places.
Previously, Hajia4Reall had asked the court to ease her bail conditions so she could enjoy outings with her 9-year-old daughter, Naila, who currently resides with her in a New Jersey condominium.
As per the existing bail terms, Hajia4Reall is required to remain within the residency and wear a GPS tracker on her ankle to monitor her movements.
Claiming that the restriction on her movements was negatively impacting her daughter and making her feel like a prisoner, she sought permission from the court to take her daughter shopping and to amusement parks.
She also requested the ability to move around her New Jersey neighborhood and certain areas of New York, highlighting that the tracking device on her ankle was sufficient to monitor her activities.
However, the court has denied all of these requests and instead instructed her to provide her daughter with a treat within their residence.
A report from KofiTV stated that the court conducted a background check on Hajia4Reall’s social media and found that she was associated with a network, raising concerns that she could potentially flee with the assistance of her allies.
As the cases have yet to commence, the court denied the modification of her bail conditions and intends to proceed with the trial, unless her lawyer files an appeal.

A Ghanaian social media influencer has been extradited from the United Kingdom to the US for allegedly swindling over $2 million from older, single American men and women in a twisted lonely hearts scam, federal prosecutors said Monday.
Mona Faiz Montrage, 30, of Accra, Ghana, appeared in Manhattan federal court Monday for her alleged involvement in a series of romance schemes targeting older people who lived alone, prosecutors said.
Montrage — who had around 3.4 million Instagram followers of her page Hajia4Reall at one point — from at least 2013 through 2019 was involved with a group of con artists from West Africa who assumed fake identities to trick people into thinking they were in relationships with them using emails, texts, and social media messages, the feds said.
Mona Faiz Montrage was extradited to the US on Friday in a romance scheme.
The scammers would then get the victims to transfermoney to them under false pretenses — such as to help move gold to the US from overseas, to resolve bogus FBI investigations, and payments to help fake US Army officers in Afghanistan, court papers allege.
Montrage, in one case, allegedly duped a victim into sending her $89,000 through 82 wire transfers on the pretext of helping her father’s farm in Ghana, the court documents claim.
She tricked the person into believing the pair were married by sending them a tribal marriage certificate after a series of phone conversations using her real identity, the filing alleges.
Montrage’s Instagram profile was among the top 10 most followed in Ghana.
Montrage also received money from several others who were swindled by scammers in her network, prosecutors allege.
In total, Montrage netted $2 million in funds the group ripped off from victims to bank accounts she had in the Bronx and elsewhere, including one opened in the name of 4Reall Designs, a supposed clothing company.
She then allegedly laundered the stolen money to other members of the enterprise, the indictment charges.
Montrage allegedly tricked one person into thinking they were married to her and then got them to send her $89,000, prosecutors claim. In total, Montrage received over $2 million in stolen funds in the scheme she carried out with others, prosecutors claim.
“As alleged, Mona Faiz Montrage was a member of a criminal conspiracy that specifically targeted older Americans through romance scams,” Manhattan US Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement. “These scams can be both financially and emotionally devastating for vulnerable victims.”
“Thanks to the efforts of our law enforcement partners, Montrage was arrested abroad and has been brought to the United States to face justice,” the statement continued.
The social media influencer — whose Instagram account was among the top 10 most followed in Ghana –was arrested on Nov. 10, 2022, in the UK for the alleged conspiracy and brought to the US on Friday.
She was arrested on Nov. 10 in the UK.The scheme allegedly went on from at least 2013 through 2019.
She is charged with wire fraud, money laundering, receipt of stolen money, and conspiracy and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted on the top charge.
Montrage pleaded not guilty during her court appearance and was set to be released on home detention to her aunt’s New Jersey residence in the coming days on $500,000 bond, with GPS tracking via an ankle monitor, her lawyer and the prosecutor’s office confirmed.
“At this time all we know is that there are six alleged victims and only two dealt with a woman and only one of them claims that he dealt with Ms. Montrage,” her attorney, Adam Cortez, told The Post:
Cortez said that his client can only travel in certain parts of New York and New Jersey pending her case.
The lawyer said he couldn’t comment further until he receives more information and evidence from prosecutors.
Mona Faiz Montrage, a popular Ghanaian socialite and influencer known as Hajia 4Real, could spend the rest of her life behind bars in the United States for her role in a multimillion-dollar romance scam that targeted lonely and elderly Americans.
According to a statement by the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York on May 15, 2023, Hajia 4Real was part of a criminal network based in West Africa that used fake identities and online platforms to lure victims into believing they were in romantic relationships with them and then extorted money from them under various false pretenses.
Some of the excuses used by the scammers to get money from the victims included payments for transporting gold from overseas, payments for resolving a fabricated FBI investigation, and payments for assisting a fictitious US Army officer in Afghanistan.
Hajia 4Real allegedly received over $2 million from several victims of the scam and even pretended to marry one of them by sending a tribal marriage certificate after phone conversations using her real name.
She also opened a bank account in the name of 4Reall Designs, a purported clothing company, to launder the stolen money to other members of the conspiracy.
Hajia 4Real, who has 4.2 million followers (at the time of this report) on her Instagram page, was reportedly arrested in the United Kingdom on November 10, 2022, and extradited to the US on May 12, 2023.
She appeared in Manhattan federal court on Monday and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
She is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, money laundering conspiracy, money laundering, receipt of stolen money, and conspiracy to receive stolen money.
Each of these counts carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, except for the last two counts which carry a maximum sentence of 10 years and five years respectively. This means that Hajia 4Real could face up to 95 years in prison if convicted.
However, the actual sentence will be determined by a judge and may vary from the statutory maximum. Hajia 4Real is expected to be released on home detention to her aunt’s residence in New Jersey on $500,000 bond with GPS monitoring via an ankle monitor.
Manhattan US Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement: “As alleged, Hajia 4Real was a member of a criminal conspiracy that specifically targeted older Americans through romance scams.
These scams can be both financially and emotionally devastating for vulnerable victims. Thanks to the efforts of our law enforcement partners, she was arrested abroad and has been brought to the United States to face justice.”

The date was then moved to July 11, 2022, before it was again postponed to September 21. His sentencing was again shifted to Nov. 7, 2022.
It was later revealed that Hushpuppi’s lavish lifestyle he lived was fully funded by his fraudulent business.
Now, Ghana’s very own Hajia4Real (Mona Faiz Montrage) has found herself in the same mess as Hushpuppi.
She was reported ti have been arrested by the UK police over her alleged involvement in an $8 million fraud.
According to the report, she was arrested on Friday, November 11, 2022, over the shady deal during her recent stay in the United States.
Hajia4Real has already been banned from the United States. The socialite, per new reports, is jailed. She is to serve 10 years imprisonment.
People say that the expensive and enviable pressure lifestyle of Hajia4Real was all financed by illegal activities she does in the dark including fraud.
Hushpuppi and Hajia4Real could have had a life free from trouble and enjoyed their fame but the fraud case has rather raised the dent in their personality to another degree.
Social media has been buzzing with reactions following yet-to-be-confirmed reports that popular Ghanaian socialite and budding musician, Hajia4Real has been jailed for 10 years.
The reports as shared by multiple online sources has sent netizens, especially her fans into a state of frenzy and have reacted.
Majority of persons who have reacted to the report contend that Hajia4Real does not deserve the jail term.
Some of the garnered comments on Twitter suggest that Hajia4Real doesn’t deserve 10 years imprisonment considering her beauty, and sexy body.
Social media users have reacted after Hajia4real posted her boyfriend.
Hajia real is seen in a video drooling over her alleged fraud boyfriend Richard Quaye.
The mother of one reacted to a photo of her boy who was looking handsome in some designer outfit.
Hajia4real is heard confessing that she is never going to leave the guy’s side.
The video is currently causing a stir on IG – it’s quite shocking that Hajia who has still not returned from her UK trip due to her alleged fraud case has the time and inner peace to actually gush over a man who reportedly left her in the UK when she got arrested.
Angry social media users are roasting her for acting dumb!
On her alleged fraud case, Hajia4real is still in the U.K. She has not been released but nothing about her case has been publicised!
Barely 24 hours after her publicist disclosed that Hajia4Realwas going to speak, the socialite indeed arrived on social media.
She posted a short video from an undisclosed location sending thanks to her fans for their prayers over the last few weeks since she got embroiled in an alleged fraud case.
Say, say, say whaaat!Hi lovely people I missed you so much and I know you missed me too. Thank you so much for your prayers, I really appreciate it, I love you all…Mwaaah!” a buoyant and excited Hajia4Real is heard saying.
The 34-second video posted on Instagram was however mute on the allegations for which she had made the news in the last few weeks.
Her publicist, known as GH Hyper, on November 22 revealed that Mona4Reall had been left demoralized and traumatized following the widespread news of her involvement in the million-dollar fraud saga.
GH Hyper in an interview with entertainment journalist, Kwame Dadzie on Ghana Weekend once again mentioned that the Ghanaian public was unfair to Mona4Real, a popular socialite and singer
“The way Ghanaians treated her wasn’t the best. Look at somebody that Ghanaians claimed was a prostitute…she was fast rising and Ghanaians decided to clamp her.
“It wasn’t the best at all…she is traumatized…she is home in the UK, and lawyers are talking to her. She is traumatized…a phycologist is working on her,” he said.
He subsequently assured the public that Mona will soon come out to address the allegations levelled against her but noted that she has been left traumatized.
“Mona is in the UK and going about doing what she is supposed to do. She will come, hopefully, to say something or we will release a communique. With that, it will come with a video or whatever for you people to know that she is okay but just that whatever happened has really demoralized her,” GhHyper disclosed.
The first time I gave a thought to the term socialite was back in the late 2000, when the British tabloid The Sun, splashed on its cover, photos of Paris Hilton and a smiling Cristiano Ronaldo.
The headline was: Madrid via Paris. Ronaldo had secured a move to Real Madrid worth £80m from Manchester United. He headed off to Los Angeles where the tabloid captured him and Ms. Hilton firmly tucked in his arm.
The two were rumored to be in a relationship, so the image of them storming out of a night club was always going to be a paparazzi’s dream. Though I knew about Paris Hilton because she was often the center of attention by most tabloids in the United States and even Britain.
Her alleged involvement with the Portuguese footballer excited me. I therefore did some reading about her background and what her story was. My initial thought was she may be an actress with lots of film credits to her name. But I discovered she was more than that; she was the great granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the man who established the Hilton Hotels.
She was coming from a background that is very much roiled in wealth. As at the time of my research, she was also connected to modeling, entrepreneurship and products associated with her name could be identified in high earned shops in Europe and the Americas i.e., from handbags to perfumes and branded items, Ms. Hilton was adding on to the family fortune. She was one of the most photographed women in showbiz and her business interests were very much known to almost everyone who operated within the showbusiness industry.
Then a writer with strong interest in the showbiz industry, I contemplated writing an article about some of the high-profile women in the Ghanaian entertainment and fashion space, who could be our own Paris Hilton, or may fit the socialite profile.
The two names that came to mind were Confidence Haugen and Sally Kanbonaba. Confidence was the founder of Aphrodisiac Nightclub and Sally owned Monte Carlo Grand Café. The two places were in Dzorwulu and Labone and played hosts to most of the major events in the industry. I did not write the article but in a conversation with some colleague writers at the time, they felt the two fitted into the socialite labeling, especially in the Ghanaian context.
Stories about their private lives in newspapers were never boring, no matter how many times they appeared; from which men they were hanging out to the cars they drove, as well as other business interests.
Social media had not come onto the scene, so the newspapers were always the space to get either Sally or Confidence related gossips.
Miss Haugen is now a Queenmother in the Anlo area in the Volta region and doing great work in humanitarian services. I am not too sure about the whereabouts of Sally, though several conspiracy theories continue to hang in the air about her whereabouts.
Th emergence of social media tools like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and then TikTok, have very much changed the showbiz industry.
These platforms have also led to the increasing numbers of bloggers who continue to cultivate new breed of celebrities and socialites.
I have even lost count of the number of persons labeled as ‘celebrities’’ in this country. The term appears sexy in the minds of bloggers, and they cannot resist the temptation of using them to reference characters, even if the said character does not have enough showbiz credits to the name.
I can however count on my fingertips the number of persons I have heard being described as socialites.
The famous among them is Hajia4Real, the musician who is locked up in the United Kingdom over fraud allegations. She is the only person I have read being described as a ‘socialite’ in writeups, or interviews posted on YouTube.
Her fleets of cars, designer clothing showoffs, open display of money at shops in Europe and opulence, have often generated gossips within the public. In most of the news articles written about her, she was often quoted as having attributed her wealth to endorsement deals, business partnerships with friends, business interests in the Northern region and other places.
However, in gossip chatrooms or WhatsApp platforms, not many believed her claim of rags to riches story; almost everyone knew what kind of business she was involved in, though they were often whispered in small groups.
The truth is, in Ghana, it is often seen as evil, trying to question where one gets his or her wealth. What is whispered in secrets is only spoken when the person has fallen foul of the law. It was therefore not surprising when rumors of Hajia4reall’s arrest dominated the headlines.
On Twitter, lots of people said they felt vindicated by what they had always suspected about her source of wealth.
She had not been convicted by any court yet. There is no public document detailing the exact crime she might have committed, but, in the eyes of the public, our most famous socialite turned musician, isn’t a Paris Hilton after all.
Musician Hajia4Realhas broken her silence after reports of her arrest in United Kingdom.
Reports on various blogs in Ghana suggested that the musician was arrested while on her way back from the United Kingdom to Ghana after the Ghana Music Awards UK.
The reports alleged that she was picked up by security personnel after a joint investigation between the United States of America and the United Kingdom mentioned her in a $8 million fraud case.
However, Kwasi Ernest who represents the GMA Uk in an interview denied claims of the musician being involved in fraud but confirmed that she was arrested while on the plane traveling back to Ghana.
In a latest post on her Facebook page, Hajia4Reall has indicated that she is coming back to Ghana adding that “enemies are not God”.
Ghanaian socialite, Mona Montrage popularly known as Hajia4Real has been trending on the internet since last Friday after reports went rife that she has been arrested and detained in the UK for her alleged involvement in 8 million USD fraud in the US.
Prior to venturing into the music industry just about a year ago, she was known on the internet as a big-time boss chick who lived a lavish lifestyle on the internet.
Citing from most of the videos she normally shares on her social media pages to capture her life outside social media, one can simply tell that Hajia4Real was truly living a celebrity lifestyle.
She shopped in branded stores and paid for everything she acquired in cash amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The socialite also travelled to most of the Caribbean countries to relax and cool off occasionally.
Before she was busted for her alleged involvement in fraud, a lot of social media users usually questioned her source of income because she had no known business or profession aside from claiming to be a brand influencer.
These inquisitive people were normally told to shut up and mind their businesses – They were normally tagged as bitter and jealous people but they are the ones currently having the last laugh.
In addition to being an addicted fashionista, Hajia4Real is also a known lover of cars and not just any cars but classy and expensive ones such as the Mercedes, Porche and other renowned top brands.
In this article, we are going to talk about the pricey garage of the singer.
To begin with, Hajia4Real owns a Porsche Coupe which costs roughly $110,200.
She also owns a Range Rover which was given to her as a gift by an anonymous person on her 28th birthday.
Just about two months ago, she announced the purchase of a brand new Rolls Royce by posing in it and taking pictures which she later shared on the internet.
After flaunting her Rolls Royce, she shared a new video on herr IG page, in which she was filmed sitting on top of her blue G-Wagon Brabus luxury vehicle while wiggling her body to her new tune with Fancy Gadam, which was playing in the background.
According to checks on google, Hajia4Real’s 2019 Brabus G Wagon, is worth around $240,000 which is equivalent to Ghc 2,489,843.16.
The last car she bought before her unanticipated arrest is a Mercedes Benz Maybach.
Public Relations Officer for Mona Faiz Montrage, popularly known as Hajia4Real or Mona4Reall, Stephen Mingle, known as blogger GyHyper has mocked Ghanaians for sharing fake news of the socialite.
In a post the blogger shared on Instagram, he noted that Ghanaians instead of promoting the artiste’s song are rather spreading fake news.
He also advised Ghanaians to learn to appreciate their own instead of trying to destroy people they see doing well in life.
“This is what you haters should be promoting instead, you chose to celebrate fake news. Ghana, let’s love our own regardless oo.
“That PHD attitude in Gh [Ghana] is becoming too much. You see a person rising then you guys develop serious hate for the person,” he shared.
Montrage’s post comes after it was reported that the musician was involved in an eight-million-dollar fraud while living in the United States of America before moving to Ghana.
She topped Twitter trends on November 12, 2022, after her alleged arrest was made.
While numerous Ghanaians have taken to the micro-blogging site to share their viewpoints, one can’t take their eyes off the many reactions by users.
In some social media reactions, one celebrity blogger disclosed saying, “Hajia 4real alleged boyfriend picture drops, according to reports Hajia photos were allegedly used to scam victims which lead to her arrest in the UK. A report also claims she was engaged in an $8 million fraud.”
His comments come after a member of the Ghana Music Awards UK team confirmed the arrest of Ghanaian socialite and musician Hajia4Real in the UK.
According to Arnold, it is too early to be judgmental about Hajia4real’s ordeal, especially when the full details of the arrest remain unknown. He cited the arrest incidence of Ghanaian highlife musician Daasebre Dyamena in 2016 in the UK.
“Do you remember when Daasebre was arrested? It was all over. A week or two after I admonished Ghanaians to slow down on the case, Daasebre was released back to Ghana. So I will plead with Ghanaians on how they are reacting to the issue, especially on Twitter,” he stated.
“Let us take our time and wait for the details of the matter before we run commentary and jump to conclusions. Because some of the comments will be really uncouth for close allies of Hajia4Real,” he explained.
In multiple reports which surfaced online on Friday, November 11, Hajia4Real was arrested in the United Kingdom due to her involvement in an alleged $8M fraud during her visit to the United States a couple of months ago.
It has been revealed that the “Fine Girl” hitmaker was arrested on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Heathrow Airport while onboard a British Airways flight back to Ghana.
According to Monashe specifically chose the Nima mosque because on every Friday hundreds gather there to pray and after providing food will be doing a great service to them.
She added that she is naturally passionate about giving as it brings more blessings than receiving.
Hundreds had food water and drinks to eat and she shared a word of encouragement with them.
The donation was led by her management team and some close family members.
Mona4Reall comes across by many as a very supportive person and takes her social corporate responsibility very seriously.
Some of her donations include donating to Darko Yaw Bentum DA Basic School to support deprived children.
Ahead of her “Big 30†which is on the 26th of June, 2022, she thought o shoeing love to her Muslim community through feeding gestures.

He also condemned the act by the chambers by giving the NPP Regional Chairman 24 hours to apologize, he says it has no legal basis making them uncivilized.
