Controversial Ghanaian socialite, Afia Schwarzenegger, has hurled heavy insults at media personality, Yaa Yeboah, for adding her to the list of Ghanaian celebrities who advertise ‘kayamata’ (Love charm/spell) products online.
Trolls targeted at Hajia Bintu for advertising ‘kayamata’ brands have intensified after a viral video where she was spotted vigorously selling such products flooded the internet.
Wadding in the ongoing conversation, MC Yaa Yeboah, while stating that Hajia Bintu isn’t the only female celebrity that sells such products, cited Afia Schwarzenegger as another clear example.
“I have seen people post Hajia Bintu’s video about products that attract rich men, tight vagina and so on. Afia Schwarzenegger is one of the most followed influencers on social media in Ghana, arguably. But Afia Schwarzenegger endorses such videos,” Yaa stated in a video shared on her Instagram page.
Afia Schwarzenegger, after chancing on the said video has torn the lady into shreds.
According to her, she sells sex enhancement products and not ‘kayamata’ as being purported.
“I have heard a lady mentioning my name about some kayamata products and so on. I want to tell you that your mother! Foolish girl! Fool! Do you know the difference between sexual enhancement education and Kayamata? To the lady who mentioned my name, your mother! Fool, goat! Villager! You’re a descendant of a villager. Must you include my name in everything? Were you not the same ones questioning my source of income?” she fumed.
Afia added that she doesn’t sell any product that isn’t FDA approved.
“Fool! All the drugs I sell are approved by FDA. Have you seen me ever selling Kayamata? Child of a goat!” she added.
Legal practitioner, Maurice Ampaw has promised to press a new contempt charge against media personality, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa alias Afia Schwarzenegger.
According to him, he has evidence to prove that Afia has among other things violated a bond of good behaviour despite being the subject of a charge of contempt by a court.
“I gave her a lot of chance and she is back misbehaving on social media and I have gathered evidence to that effect, I am taking Afia to court for continuous contempt. The court made her sign a bond of good behaviour for three years, I am going to execute the bail bond against her,” Maurice Ampaw told Oman Channel in an interview.
He was speaking after leading one of his clients, a Canadian-based fashion designer to press defamation charges against Kumawood actor, Ogyam who had accused his client of having a sexual relationship with a popular pastor.
Ogyam in a series of YouTube videos accused Abena Boafowaa of sleeping with the founder and leader of the Universal Spiritual Outreach church, Bishop Kwabena Asiamah alias Ajagurajah.
The actor has since recanted all the allegations following the lawsuit brought against him.
In February this year, a Tema High Court fined Afia Schwarzenegger GH¢60,000 in a contempt led by lawyer Maurice Ampaw.
The court additionally imposed GH¢5,000 fine on the social media celebrity, to be paid to the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr Benard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, for defamatory comments against him.
The court further ordered Afia Schwarzenegger, to sign a bond of good behaviour for 36 months and was also ordered not to make any pronouncements or comment on the case during the bond period.
Any breach of the orders, it was said, would result in her appearance before the court.
The fine was imposed after the court granted her prayer to vary 10-day jail term for refusing to appear before the court after Mr Boasiako sued her for contempt.
Lawrence Abrokwa, a former husband of media personality, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, popularly known as Afia Schwarzenegger was in March 2020 arrested and later granted bail in the sum of GH¢20,000.00 bail with three sureties for failing to appear before the court.
High Court judge, Mrs Justice Abena Oppong Adjin-Doku, on March 24, 2020, was expected to give judgement on the case Abrokwa was being held on two counts of domestic violence to wit emotional, verbal and psychological abuse, threat of harm, assault, publication of obscene material, carrying offensive weapon, causing unlawful damage and stealing but he failed to appear before the court.
It would be recalled that Afia Schwarzenegger took on his former husband for circulating naked videos of her and also threatening her with a substance he claimed was acid.
When their marriages ended, Afia, announced that she had been a victim of domestic violence while living with the man she married in 2016.
Below is an account by the Prosecution:
The Prosecution had earlier told the Court that the complainant, Afia Schwarzenegger, and Abrokwa were legally married and lived together at Dome Pillar Two, a suburb of Accra, in the house of the complainant.
According to the Prosecution, about three weeks before the domestic incident, Abrokwa packed his things and left the house for Dansoman, following persistent misunderstanding between them.
He said on August 29, 2017, Abrokwa was informed by their house help, one Afia Nyamekye, there is a male visitor with her mistress who would be spending the night with her.
The Prosecution said based on this information, Abrokwa armed himself with a kitchen knife and a bottle containing some liquid purported to be acid.
The prosecution said Abrokwa proceeded to the house of the complainant, scaled the wall and entered the compound.
He said the accused found a strange private car, which he believed belongs to the visitor parked on the compound, deflated two tyres of the said car, and entered the house through the back door, with the assistance of the house help.
He said the accused entered the bedroom with his mobile phone and forced the bedroom door opened and found Afia and her male visitor naked in bed.
The Prosecution said Abrokwa threatened them to stay put as he had found them for him to video them, or else he would pour acid on them to cause harm to their bodies.
Prosecution said the male visitor managed to escape during the confrontation, but Afia was prevented by Abrokwa, who ordered her to go on her knees, to declare herself as a prostitute, while he held the bottle of the alleged acid in his hand.
He said Afia obliged to his instructions, while Abrokwa continued his video filming of the complainant in her nudity amidst pleas from her to stop.
The Prosecution said in the process, Abrokwa assaulted Afia and chased her out of the house.
He said Afia escaped to a neighbour, who eventually clothed her.
The Prosecution said the accused then transmitted the nude videos of his wife to his second mobile phone before reporting the matter to the Police with all the items belonging to the visitor and the first phone used for the video.
He said when the complainant went to the house later, she alleged that her bedside drawer had been forced opened and 2,000 dollars and 500 pounds had been taken by the accused.
He said the complainant reported the matter to the Police and Abrokwa was arrested, cautioned and granted bail later.
According to Prosecution, whilst the case was being investigated, Abrokwa transmitted the video from his phone to Afia’s father on his phone on September 1, 2017.
He said the video, however, went viral on social media and the bottle containing the said acid was sent to the Ghana Standard Authority (GSA) for examination.
He said on September 13, 2017, the Police received a report from the GSA that the content in the bottle was water and not acid.
Ghanaian veteran musician, Nana Akua Amoah, popularly known as Mzbel, has recently found herself amid controversy after Afia Schwarzenegger indicated that she helped her lie against Josh Laryea, accusing him of rape.
In a recent statement she shared on her Instagram, Mzbel denied accusing gospel musician Joshua Laryea, who was also a former member of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), of the act.
She clarified that she had only complained about certain activities in the church that made her uncomfortable and that she was treated poorly when she brought these concerns to light.
According to Mzbel, she was treated like an outcast after voicing her complaints and ultimately decided to leave the church.
She maintains that Laryea’s suspension from the church years later was unrelated to her and that this can be confirmed by ICGC Christ Temple leaders.
“I never accused Josh Larye of rape; neither did I tell anyone that because that didn’t happen. I discovered some activities in the church that made me uncomfortable, and when I complained, I was treated like an outcast, so I left…
“Josh was suspended years after I left for reasons unrelated to me.” You can confirm that with ICGC Christ Temple leaders. “Ignore that alcoholic ugly midget,” she said.
In an earlier post, Afia Schwarzenegger claimed that Mzbel wasn’t raped by Rev. Josh Laryea, as purported in 2017.

After Rev. Josh Laryea was suspended in 2017 due to allegations of immorality and other things, Afia Schwarzenegger and her best friend at the time, Mzbel, celebrated on social media.
This was after reports went viral that the ‘emre sesa’ hitmaker had raped Mzbel, who was then a member of the same church.
A letter dated March 29, 2017, issued by The ICGC Church Council at that time read,
“The Presbytery has authorized the Disciplinary Committee to look into the allegations levelled against Rev. Laryea. Rev. Josh Laryea is being withdrawn from the pulpit and thereby the Doxa Temple with immediate effect. This is to allow the Committee carry out its work uninterrupted.”
Shortly after the statement went viral, Afia Schwarzenegger who was captured in full glee, took tosocial media and wrote,
“At long last your cup is full…you molested someone I know and made her not to believe in Christianity …God truly answers…you see your life??”
A devasted Josh Laryea, who spoke about the incident in an interview with Starfm at that time said, “I may have gone mad, I may have been dead…at a point, I thought of suicide.”
But revisiting this issue, Afia Schwarzenegger, who is on a secret dropping spree amidst her latest feud with Mzbel said she regrets being a part of the scheme.
“Mzbel lied! Josh Laryea never raped her and I have asked God for forgiveness. Any day the man brings the case up, I will defend him. When Mzbel was attending ICGC, the members were scared of her and didn’t want to accept her. All the men in Mzbel’s life abandoned her and she later resorted to joining a church to find solace.
“She joined ICGC and Josh Laryea became her godfather. One year later, she accused him of rape. I know the man has been hoping for a redemption and the redemption is today. The name clearing is now,” she established in a Tik Tok live video.

The two friends turned political opponents have been in the news lately following claims of betrayal from both ends.
John Dumelo and Fred Nuamah’s relationship went sour after the later decided to contest for the same seat (Ayawaso West Wuogon) Dumelo last contested ahead of the National Democratic Congress’ upcoming parliamentary primaries.

Controversial comedian Afia Schwarzenegger has said that she will only go back to radio if the owner is ready to pay her GH25,000.
Afia Schwar made this revelation during a recent interview with blogger Zion Felix which has gone viral.
According to Afia, she is done with working for any radio or television station unless they can pay her Ghc 600,000 for a two-year contract. This means she’s expecting to be paid a whooping Ghc 25,000 monthly.
Popular social media personality Afia Schwarzenegger has come out to react to recent claims by Lawyer Maurice Ampaw that she has supposedly been banned from making comments or picking fights on social media.
Lawyer Maurich Ampaw in an interview with GhanaWeb said that the Tema Court banned her from engaging in social media banter for two years.
He added that if Afia Schwar ever violated the rules, she would have a new sentence imposed on her.
“This is the latest news, and this is more painful. Afia ought to be monitored by every single Ghanaian on social media…If she engages in social media insults or beef, the court said that we should arraign her before court for another sentence,” he said.
Well, in an interview with Zionfelix, Afia Schwar said that the court never said that.
She added that the Ghanaian media must do better with their work because whatever she was told not to do by the court is a public document that can easily be accessed by everyone who wants to know.
She also went haywire and used some unprintable words on Lawyer Maurice Ampaw for making the suggestion that she has been asked not to speak on social media by the court when she literally works on the same platform.
Media personality Afia Schwarzenegger has revealed that she doesn’t live her life to please others but rather to fulfil her own needs.
Publicly admitting to being a one-time addicted smoker, she disclosed that she no longer smokes not because of societal pressure but on personal health grounds.
“I don’t think anybody knows me more than my children, and I also don’t think anybody knows my children more than myself. So, what will you tell children who know my weakness and my strength?
“That their mother used to drink? I have not stopped drinking so when I say I used to drink it is bullshit.
“I used to smoke (and) my children knew it. I stopped smoking not because of society. Hello, hello, I didn’t do it for you,” she said speaking to the camera in an interview with blogger Zion Felix in Berlin, Germany.
She stated that the decision to quit smoking was “because I got so many issues…I stopped smoking because of my health. I had breathing issues and so many issues. I’m not the type of person who’s that strong,” she said.
Afia Schwarzenegger noted that she didn’t receive any pastor-related advice to quit smoking; rather, she simply made the decision to stop when she woke up one particular morning.
“For me, it is not any pastor that sat me down to advise me against smoking. Nobody told me to stop smoking, I woke up and I said, you know what, cigarette is out.
“And for drinking, I stopped then I went back, I will stop again and still go back and they (her children) knew it,” she added.
Stating reasons Ghanaians must count themselves lucky, Afia said she is currently in Germany where train and bus workers are demonstrating against the government, in the quest to demand a better life.
Making reference to Nigeria, Afia said the citizens will ‘kill’ to have a president like Akufo-Addo, thereby citing, that they have currently rejected their president-elect, Mr. Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

But in Nana Tonardo’s attempt to reply Afia Schwarzenegger, Kisa Gbekle wasn’t spared.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, a furious Nana Tonardo said,
“When you were talking, some prostitute beside you was backing you up. It’s funny that she also has got something to say. Do you think she likes you? She went about saying that she was the one who introduced you to the doctor in Turkey. She said you didn’t pay a dime for your surgery as you claimed. Earlier on Instagram, Afia showcased screenshots of a conversation disclosing how Tonardo was allegedly trapped into misinforming the public about her purported wedding, second wife, and Toyota Prado allegations.
Afia stormed social media with alleged evidence of a well-orchestrated plan to expose Nana Tonardo, and also celebrate its success.

From the moment I started chatting with you and realized it was you, I felt proud of myself because you always pretend as though all my attacks don’t get to you.
“I prepared myself very well before going to the Marriot hotel. You think I’m dumb? No! I wanted to play along. We knew very well it was you. You are not smarter than anyone. You want me to lose my credibility but I can never be like you. We know who you are,” he emphasized in a video shared on Instagram.
Social media is buzzing with the beef between Nana Tornado and Afia Schwarzenegger.
In the past week, it was reported that Afia had reportedly tied the knot to a chief after snatching him from his first wife. Her arch-enemy, Nana Tornado in a series of videos revealed how Afia Schwar blackmailed the chief to marry her.
Tornado disclosed that Afia manipulated the chief to give her his Toyota Prada V8 after master-minding their unplanned marriage.
It later turned out that Afia was the mastermind behind all the allegations about herself as she fed Tornado with false information to make a fool out of himself on social media.
In a live video, Afia Schwar explained how she orchestrated this plan with her friends and also furnished Tornado with every bit of detail regarding her alleged marriage.

In an exclusive interview with Maurice Ampaw, Charman Wontumi’s lawyer, he disclosed that her sentence also includes being barred from social media banter for two years, GhanaWeb can confirm.
She is being held by the Tema High Court at the moment, and the court has ordered that she be freed after the full amount of the assigned funds has been paid.
As earlier reported by GhanaWeb, Afia was charged with contempt of court in her case involving famous Ghanaian politician, Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.
Although she was sentenced to a 10-day prison for contempt of court back in 2022, she did not serve.
Her lawyers on December 20, 2022, moved a motion on notice for a variation of the sentence.
The Tema High Court will on Tuesday, January 17, render a verdict that will determine her fate.
Meanwhile, Afia has shared an emotional post in remembrance of her late father who passed away last year at the age of 83.
“Dada, it’s been a year you left me. Am I doing good…Naaa just existing,” she stated in her IG post on January 17, 2023.
As the case continues to be postponed indefinitely, netizens worry that it would eventually become a foolish case and Schwarzenegger gets to walk free.
Afia Schwarzenegger has reacted to claims that the man who she is currently mourning isn’t her biological brother.
Earlier, Nana Tonardo, stormed social media with claims that Afia Schwarzenegger and the deceased weren’t in anyway related by blood.
In a video shared on Instagram, Tonardo also claimed that Afia has an agenda to solicit public sympathy and make money from the gentleman’s death, just as she did with her father.
“She uses the least opportunity to beg for stuff. I have seen that Afia Schwarzenegger is going round peddling some heavy lies. She is claiming that her brother is dead and I have seen that some shallow minded people are also falling for it.
“They have started sympathizing with her and it’s sad. You’re doing all these because of public sympathy. Do you have a brother? We’ve been together for more than 14 years and you don’t have any brother,” Tonardo said
But in a lengthy Instagram post meant to subtly refute such claims, Afia Schwarzenegger, among other things, has recalled an instance where the deceased once protected her from death.
“Let me tell you about my Bestie that will take the bullet so I can live, he was shot in South Africa in the arm just because I wanted Ghana food and he took it upon himself to go out in the night just to satisfy my cravings…so yes he took a bullet for me,” parts of the post read.
Eulogizing him, Afia disclosed how her brother played many vital roles in her life, which includes being a protector, nurse, manager, teacher and so on.

Afia, in the last few days, has consistently shared posts to announce the death of a certain man whom she identified as her brother, with captions that seemingly captures her in a broken state.
In one of the posts, Afia stated that she is going through a difficult period as the death of her brother happened almost at the same time she was due to commemorate the first anniversary of her father’s passing.
“My brother Richard Osei Bonsu is dead. Just exactly 1 week to my father’s 1 year. Please I beg everyone to give me and my family privacy in this difficult time. Thank you. It is well. Rest in peace Abban,” she wrote on Instagram.
Afia has since been sharing videos of fond memories with the deceased on social media with captions that depict that she is really in pain.
“God, forgive me if I have wronged you. Please God please,” one of the captions to her post read.
Following the development, scores of individuals including celebrities have commiserated with her.
But Nana Tonardo, who has been keeping tabs of the event has stormed social media with a barrage of revelations.
According to him, the deceased was Afia’s friend and they were not in any way related by blood.

That’s not all, Tonardo also raised another damning allegation pertaining to the deceased’s cause of death.
“I have heard that the family wants to bury him as soon as possible. We both know he was very strong and healthy. It has been alleged that before Richard died he disclosed that he was poisoned by a close friend. He complained of severe stomach pains.
“We all know Richard was living with Afia Schwarzenegger. According to reports, Richard complained he wasn’t feeling well and Afia transported him to Agogo hospital in Kumasi, exactly two weeks after, he died. Conduct an autopsy to check what really happened. Don’t bury him now,” he added.
