Kweku Kweku, also known as ‘Krofrom Killer,’ a well-known ex-convict in Kumasi, has expressed regret over his past actions and the path he chose, stating that he would have avoided a life of notoriety if he could turn back time.
During an interview with Poleena Multimedia, Krofrom Killer recounted his twelve-year imprisonment without trial during the late former President Jerry John Rawlings‘ regime.
He acknowledged that while he once took pleasure in his infamous reputation during his youth, he now realizes that it was an unworthy pursuit in life.
Reflecting on his past, Krofrom Killer mentioned that some of his peers, who were focused and hardworking, have achieved prominence and are leading better lives.
He expressed that if given the opportunity to relive his younger years, he would have stayed out of trouble and opted for pastoral work.
“What led to my regret is that notoriety got me nowhere in life. Perhaps I would have had a better life if not for my stubbornness. If time could be reversed, I even wish I was a pastor. It’s not too late; we are still working on it. Some of my friends are employed in reputable companies and enjoying a good life,” he remarked.
