We want to make Baba Yara Stadium a fortress – King Faisal midfielder

King Faisal midfielder Baba Yahaya says his outfit wants to make the Baba Yara Stadium a fortress in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.

The highly-rated midfielder has been instrumental for the Isha Allays boys in the ongoing campaign.

He was adjudged the man of the match award when his outfit shared the spoils with Hearts of Oak in matchday 12 of the domestic top-flight.

Baba was also instrumental when King Faisal inflicted a 1-0 win over Tamale City in week 14 on home turf.

In an interview with Koforidua-based Bryt FM, the enterprising midfielder reiterated his side desire to make the Baba Yara Stadium a fortress.

“Going forward, I don’t think we will forfeit points at home. We will not lose at home again, we may share spoils at away but to lose home, never” he said.

King Faisal are yet to lose a point in their last four Ghana Premier League games at the Baba Yara.

They have won three and draw one in their last four games at home.

The Kumasi-based club currently occupies 12th position with 17 points after 13 matches into the campaign.
