Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio were the heroes for West Ham United as they played out a thrilling 2-2 draw against Liverpool at London Stadium.
Bowen, making his 200th appearance for the Hammers after returning from injury, opened the scoring just before half-time. He headed in Mohammed Kudus’ cross following a quick corner kick.
Liverpool responded quickly in the second half, with Andy Robertson finding the back of the net to equalize. The game took another twist when Cody Gakpo’s shot deflected off several players before going in to give Liverpool the lead.
However, West Ham fought back, and Antonio headed in a cross from Bowen to level the score at 2-2 with 13 minutes remaining.
The draw kept West Ham in the hunt for a top-four finish, while Liverpool missed an opportunity to strengthen their position at the top of the table.
