Peterborough United’s defeat to Ipswich Town FC was caused by Kwame Poku’s assist

On Saturday, December 10, in English League One, Kwame Poku contributed an assist in Peterborough United’s 2-1 loss to Ipswich Town FC.

The home team took the lead thanks to Sam Morsy’s accurate cross from Chaplin, but Jonson Clark-Harris’ free kick from 35 yards in the 27th minute almost equalized for the visitors.

Four minutes later, Frankie Kent brought the teams level. He headed in a cross from Kwame Poku after a short corner move.

Christian Walton of Ipswich saved a Clarke-Harris shot with his knees, but Chaplin gave the Town the lead in the 58th minute with a strike from the middle of the box after a corner from Leif Davis.

Kwame Poku played full throttle for Peterborough United at Portman Road. This season in SkyBet League One, the 21-year-old attacker has three goals and four assists.
