Malik Jabir applies for GFA technical director job

Black Stars and Asante Kotoko legend Malik Jabir has applied for the vacant Ghana football Association Technical Director Role.

The Ghana Football Association wants a replacement for Francis Oti Akenten, whose contract expired at the beginning of March.

The former Asante Kotoko Coach confirmed this in an interview with Kumasi based Ashh FM.

” I have applied for the Ghana Football Association technical director role. With my experience in football and coaching I think I am capable of doing a good job for there”

Malik Jaber is the second local coach to publicly express his interest in the job after Bashir Hayford.

He has previously coached ASFA Yennega in Burkina Faso and was once a technical advisor for Nigerian club Kano Pillars.
