Leicester City is reportedly eyeing a surprising move for Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew.
The Ghanaian international has been a steady performer for Palace since his arrival in 2018, making him an appealing prospect for Leicester due to his experience and goal-scoring abilities.
With only a year left on his contract at Selhurst Park, Ayew could be acquired for a reasonable fee.
However, the Foxes will face competition from clubs in the Saudi Pro League, who have also shown interest in Ayew.
Ayew initially joined Crystal Palace on loan in 2018 before securing a permanent transfer.
Last season, he scored four goals and provided eight assists in 37 appearances. Overall, the experienced forward has tallied 23 goals and 22 assists in 211 games for the Eagles.
Should the transfer go through, Ayew would join fellow Ghanaian Issahaku Fatawu at Leicester City, adding more Ghanaian talent to the squad.
