Despite enjoying a remarkable debut season at Manchester City, Erling Haaland remains determined to continue improving his game.
As City prepares to face Inter Milan in the Champions League final, aiming to complete a historic Treble after securing the Premier League and FA Cup, the 22-year-old striker has been the standout performer for Pep Guardiola’s team, netting an impressive 52 goals across various competitions.
However, the talented Norwegian sensation humbly acknowledges that he still has untapped potential and room for growth in his career.
He told BBC Radio 5 Live: “I am still young and can improve a lot. There are a lot of things I can do as there is a lot to improve.
“But I am in the perfect place, working with the best coach and the best players in the world. Pep is a details freak and is all about developing them.”

Winning the Champions League would be the ultimate achievement for Haaland. He said: “I have been dreaming about it as long as I can remember.
“When Chelsea played Manchester United [in the final in 2008], when I saw the celebrations, I thought I wanted to do that.”
There is another reason why Haaland was desperate for City to go all the way in Europe.
He added: “I listen to the theme song in my car. I love this competition and it’s a really nice song.”
