Ghana striker Patrick Twumasi discloses Italy & Germany interest

Ghana forward Patrick Twumasi has claimed there are several clubs from Germany and Italy keen to sign him in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old Ghana international endured a difficult spell at Deportivo Alaves before really coming into his own following a loan move to Turkish side Gaziantep FK last summer.

Twumasi still has two years to go on his current deal with the Spanish club but has not closed the door on moving again after revealing interest from Italian and German clubs.

“For now am on loan here (Gazi?ehir Gaziantep), I still have a contract with Deportivo Alaves but I have received some offers,” he spoke with TV3.

“It is up to my agent to discuss with the Club who are interested in me and see the best offer for me.”

“There are lots of Clubs from Germany, Italy and in Turkey here who have all expressed their interest, but for now am here so I have to ensure I do all my best for the club then after we so what happens.”

He is the second top scorer for the side after plundering five goals xx games before the Turkish Super Lig was halted due to the coronavirus outbreak.
