German-born goalkeeper Jordan Amissah excited after joining Black Meteors camp

Jordan ‘Jordi’ Amissah, the goalkeeper for Sheffield United, is relishing his experience with the Ghanaian national team, the Black Meteors.

The German-born player made the decision to represent Ghana, his parents’ home country, after receiving an invitation to join the team for the Africa U23 Cup of Nations held in Morocco.

Amissah has joined the Black Meteors in Egypt as they continue their preparations for the tournament, which also serves as a qualification competition for the upcoming Summer Olympics next year.

An excited Amissah took to social media to share his experience in camp with his colleagues.

“What a feeling,” he wrote with photos of himself training.
