Attacker Nana Kofi Babil returns to Medeama SC

Nana Kofi Babil, a forward for Medeama, has rejoined the team after his lengthy contract with NK Aluminij of Slovenia expired. After finishing his season-long loan in the European nation, the 20-year-old has made a return to Tarkwa.

Babil was on loan to the Austrian club SCR Altach for the whole 2020–2021 campaign. On his return to his boyhood club, he is anticipated to provide the Mauve and Yellow firepower.

Babil is now available to be selected and might make his comeback on Wednesday against Nsoatreman FC.

Since his arrival from Europe, he has been working out alongside his colleagues.

Babil had a standout season in the top division in the 2019–2020 season, scoring 4 goals in 12 games.

Medeama SC is currently 12th on the Ghana Premier League table with 14 points after 11 games. The Mauve and Yellow were thrashed 4-0 by Dreams FC in their match week 11 game played at the Dawu Sports Stadium.
