A 70-year-old woman died in the hospital after falling at a Robbie Williams concert in Sydney last Thursday.
During the show at Allianz Stadium, she tumbled down six rows of seats and hurt her head really bad.
The woman was taken to a hospital close by and put into a deep sleep on purpose. Doctors confirmed on Tuesday that she had passed away.
The singer from Britain has not said anything about what happened on the first night of his Australian XXV tour.
The accident happened after the show was over, while many people were leaving the stadium, according to a spokesman.
The woman didn’t use the stairs, she tried to walk over the seats instead. She slipped and fell, the spokesman said in the report by the Sydney Morning Herald.
“This is a very sad event and we are thinking of the customer and their family at this time. ”
Around 40,000 people went to the show on 16 November. The popular British singer is the focus of a new documentary on Netflix. They will be performing in Melbourne next Wednesday.
