On October 14, some robbers attacked a block factory in Appolonia City, a suburb of Oyibi in Accra.
During their operation, the gang, numbering about five, murdered an individual.

The body of the deceased has since been deposited at the Police Hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy, according to the Ghana Police Service in a post on social media.
The robbers managed to make away with an unspecified amount of money and mobile phones belonging to the victims.

According to the Police, it has commenced an investigation, and its intelligence operation will continue until the culprits are “arrested to face justice.”
“We wish to assure the public that we will surely get them,” the Police added.
