Furious supporters of Alhaji Nuhu Zaruk, a contender in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primaries for the Bimbilla constituency, have unleashed havoc by vandalizing the party’s office.
Chaos erupted at the constituency office on the evening of Tuesday, January 2, 2024, as fervent supporters demanded explanations regarding the removal of Alhaji Zaruk’s name from the vetting list in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primaries for the Bimbilla constituency.
Seeking justification for the omission, the disgruntled supporters congregated at the constituency office, vocalizing their dissatisfaction and issuing threats to set the party office on fire unless Alhaji Zaruk’s name is promptly reinstated.
